See people who run storage units should be a little bit more personable. Not like the gentleman who you know told me I was speeding when I was going. Not even 10 mph in his precious little 5. Mph zone if that. If I was even going 10 claimed I was going 20. Came it a little bit hot off linden Street. Just tried to help a friend out who needed a tire on a wheel that was in their storage unit. No idea that their storage unit was unfortunately locked out cuz they didn't pay for it and I'm being ridiculed by this person. False imprisonment as well. Had to call the police just to be let out so I wouldn't rent from this place that my life depended on it and please stay away. See people like this. Don't know who they mess with. Not like I'm starting to say him some Barney badass or some person who just comes on here to put poor reviews on people but trying to be a nice human being and they get treated like on public Italy number one by some jackass who thinks I'm speeding and then wants to trespass me because I'm asking to leave and their code won't work cuz clearly they haven't paid for their storage unit so I can't leave. Had to call the police just to be let out so stay away. Stay clear. Wouldn't run from this place and my life was on the line. Horrible, horrible horrible human beings that run this facility

They were extremely flexible with my move in timeline. They maintain a great property for the price point. You cannot beat the location in the heart of town. This place is secure with code-in and code-out requirements, cameras, lighting. My favorite part, though, has to be the staff! Attentive to the property, the needs of tenants, and requests.

From out of town trust me after my conversation with a rep I would suggest don't use this place than again do what you want to they may treat you better than me

We just discontinued our lease of over 10 years with this place and we have been very happy with their service.

The pros are 24 hr access and good value fpr the size unit you get for the price and proximity to downtown Fort Collins. The only potential down side ai can think of is the location is right in the heart of where many homeless are staying and the security of the gate access leave room for some concern.

Terrible customer service. Lady at the front counter doesn't know how to process payments correctly. Supposedly my payment was declined multiple times, but I was never notified. My payment method on file conveniently went through when I called, but I was still charged a late fee. My account was updated over a year ago but they still get mixed up with old contact/payment info. I'll be switching to another storage facility very soon. Very unorganized and unprofessional.
***STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE***

The lady at the front desk processing payments doesn't know what she is doing. I noticed my payment didn't post when I was looking at my bank account, so I called them. When I asked about the payment, the lady at the front desk claimed she tried processing it multiple times but it was declined. She confirmed the payment method with me an then processed it and it went through fine, but she still charged me a late fee. I was never notified of the declined payment/ payments. This storage facility and their employees are very unorganized and unprofessional. It seems they are constantly getting confused with old contact/payment info. ***STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE***
This lady then sent me an email stating "THE ACCOUNT WAS ATTEMPTED TO BE CHANGED IN 2019, THE MAILING WAS RETURNED. IT IS THE TENANTS RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP THEIR ACCOUNT RECORDS CORRECT AND UPDATE!! ITS NOT JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE PAYING."
I updated my account a year ago and I've been receiving payment confirmation emails, so I don't know what this woman is talking about.
"We are usually known for our great customer service and attention to detail in everything that we do."
This was probably true a few years ago, but lately you and your staff have been dopping the ball.

I have been a customer for about 7 years now, the staff have always been friendly & helpful, terms are straight forward, staff is easy to work with, location is great, security allows me peace of mind, driving paths are roomy allowing traffic flow even while getting in & out storages, units are well priced, I personally love the 24 hour access so regardless of schedule I can get to my unit on my time!!

It's clean, But pricey, CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS..... don't be late by one day even, late fees will eat you alive!!!! Can't be homeless, if so, they refuse to rent to people whom are without a house/place to live, etc. guilty by association , wont rent to you....the manager(I use that word loosely) NEEDS TO TAKE SEVERAL CLASSES ON MANNERS, ETTICATE, MORALS, ETC. the list is endless. You are very ABUSIVE, YOU DON'T OWN ANYTHING THERE( INCLUDING THE STREET) YOU ARE NOT INTITLED. TREAT OTHERS (EVERYBODY)....THE EXACT WAY YOU WANT TO BE TREATED....STOP BEING A BULLY.
