“I have a son that is very sensitive to the way adults speak to him. His speech is not very clear and some people probably assume he isn’t that smart but his emotional IQ is very high. If an adult has a “tone” in their voice, he knows it and gets upset. He can’t be around authoritarian teachers or else it causes him to get stubborn and angry. He is also a very difficult eater! Like he eats 5 things. All together a very challenging kid (but so sweet). We had struck out of 2 other child care centers and our friends highly recommended this place. I decided to tour and I could tell the caretakers were so gentle. So we enrolled him over summer (he was almost 5) and he had the BEST experience! His teacher Alyssa was so amazing and gentle that it blew my mind how someone without kids could be so good.We can’t stop telling people about this place. Our boy is still talking about his “old school” and it’s now November. This place is a rare find.”
“We absolutely love Bright Horizons! Our journey began when our oldest was one and has continued through Pre-K, with our youngest now in the infant classroom. The teachers and staff are incredible (especially Ms Mayu, Ms Gabi, Ms Kiera and Ms Tori!). The center fosters a nurturing and educational environment where our children have thrived. The communication with parents is excellent, providing peace of mind with daily updates and photos. Choosing Bright Horizons has been a fantastic decision for our family, and we highly recommend it to others seeking quality early education and care.”
“My little one started at LPL at 3.5 months in the infant room and (has since moved up to the toddler room) as a first time mom I was overwhelmed and a mess, but the ladies at LPL are incredible. They listen, they are kind, they are caring and I have nothing but respect and love for the people that care so much for my son. They bring the kids outside, they move furniture around in the rooms to keep the space interesting for the kids, active play, interactive play, and great communication from the teachers to us, as parents. I always felt like I asked a million questions and they were always attentive to my concerns. This office is great!”
“My daughter has gotten a lot from attending Mathnasium to improve her grade and get better test scores. Most of the instructors are great and she learns a lot from them.”
“Laura is a highly knowledgeable and compassionate soul with a heart of gold.
During her consultations we have been able to go deep on every level - physical , emotional , mental, and spiritual to truly find the best herbal approaches for myself whether it's a tea blend curated specifically for my needs , a tincture , flower essence , etc. Laura sees everyone as an unique individual with their own composition and story.
The apothecary offers organic and wild crafted individual herbs ( and some local !) tea blends , skincare / body care products made in house , tinctures , glycerites, infused oils, essential oils , and so much more at an affordable rate.
Community is at the heart of this special space and I'm so grateful we're blessed with such a wonderful gem here in fort Collins.”
“My family had the BEST experience at YPLC. Our son attended from when he was four months until he was seven months old. Their team was attentive, kind, and great at keeping us posted throughout the day about what was going on with our little guy. We recently moved to Loveland and opted to move him to a daycare closer to our new home to save us the drive. We were SO bummed to leave because this team was so good with our son and a wonderful extension of our family. If you ever expand to Loveland, we’ll be first in line. ? If you’re looking for a center that will take great care of your kiddo, you’ll be in great hands here.”
“I love Arts and Imagination Preschool. The environment is vibrant, creative, crisp, and welcoming. I love seeing all the artwork that the children make on display. Communication and positive relationships with administrators and teachers have been easy and enjoyable. I am excited to see a fine arts-based preschool curriculum, especially after reading studies about how an arts-focused education can improve kindergarten readiness, reading ability, and educational growth in all areas of learning! So grateful to have this preschool and happy that my little one is thriving there.”
“We love Bright Horizons! The teachers and staff are so welcoming and our kids really love it. They do all kinds of activities, including special activities where the fire truck visits or the CSU bug people come and show the kids the bugs. The gym is amazing so that they can move their little bodies, even when it’s cold outside. My son has been there for over two years and we now send my daughter too. Highly recommend!”
“If I could give a 10 star rating for Oakridge I would. Oakridge has been so so amazing to my son and I. I toured so many different day cares for my son to attend but when I came across Oakridge I felt so good about sending my son here. I did 2 separate tours with both Katie and Jessie. The first tour was with Jessie and she made me feel so welcome, was so nice and kind, as well as she did an amazing job on showing what Oakridge provides and the amazing team they have working for them. Katie the director was so amazing, kind and genuine to me when I did my second tour. I told both Katie and Jessie my situation with my son and they both have done everything they can do to help and support my son and I through a very difficult process. Katie constantly checks up on us about our situation and I can tell she genuinely cares about what’s going on with us. My son has been attending since December and I couldn’t feel more comfortable with leaving him here. My son’s teacher Ms Danielle has always informed me at pickup on how my son was throughout the day, what he learned, how much he ate, and what they are working on. She is so kind and nice and my son absolutely loves her! It didn’t take very long for my son to get comfortable here. They also have an app where they send updates on what your child is doing, eating, and regular diaper changes. Every teacher they have is very friendly and kind. I would 1000% recommend Oakridge to anyone else looking for a day care for their child to attend. I could go on and on about how amazing this place is but I can confidently say you won’t regret sending your child here :))”
“Bringing my son here has been a great pleasure ,i don’t constantly have to worry about what my son is doing because the staff do such a great job at keeping me updated throughout the day not only can I see my son having fun but also all the teaching he has been receiving! “All of the staff at Mountain Kid's have been so welcoming in creating a safe space for daughter's to learn Gymnastics, Dance and Swim! My daughter's had a lot of anxiety around joining something new and the staff have gone above and beyond to make us feel like part of the Mountain Kid's family!”
“This school is for serious studying as most certainly are preparing students to excel in today workforce or continuing learning in all types of rigorous levels found in higher education. Coming from a larger public middle school our student has quickly learned the importance of timeliness of submission of assignments, the importance of ongoing studying, and how personal life yes, will be noted but at the end of day it about your daily commitment, and quality of work.Educators are supported and are willing to respond to outreach. Although I wish there was a improved method of structure communication with parents as often we don't learn about due assignments until after the due date because of the reliance of power school that is heavily reliant on the teachers schedules. This school does not have sports in HS, the art programs is competitive in both crew and performance so students that are interested in participating are left out. However the school does offer extra curriculum in HS that are untraditional of what you may find at a larger school, which we've tried. Again the focus in HS as we have seen is studies. This school has high rigor, requires students to be self-directed and motivated. While not a 100% in love with the extras this school offers for HS (I would give a 75%). When it comes to content and subjects that students can and are learning hands down 100% or rather 5 stars.”
“The staff are so kind and friendly. My baby loves going and is happy to see his teachers and friends. I appreciate all the updates I get throughout the day and know he’s being well cared for!”
“The director is hands on and the learning for early childhood is above any other! The environment is great and the kids are exposed to so much hands on learning at a young age!”
