I waited over an hour for them to come move a car out of $50 a month parking and finally after an hour and 15 min they came. started towing, halfway through the owner showed up and they just let her off with no charge. they are supposed to charge even if they just started towing. it is disappointing someone was in my spot for that long and no repercussions happened.

Christi (#400) arrived quickly and efficiently loaded and hauled my 2009 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD. My rig failed to re-start in the Burger King drive thru much to my chagrin! Christi dropped me off at home then hauled my pickup to Houska Automotive. Thank you, Christi, for your efficient, COVID-conscious (mask, etc) service.

Christi #400 was kind enough to help me on her way home because she saw I was stuck. There were numerous people trying to get me unstuck and we were having no luck. I have now lived here for a year and can finally say I got stuck in the snow, but if I ever have any issues or no of anyone with any issues I know who I am calling. Christi is amazing, so kind and caring. I will let everyone know who helped me In a stressful situation! Thank you!

Requested service for a tow through state farm. never got an eta. State Farm tried to call them 3 times on my behalf and nobody answered. when I actually spoke to someone there you could barely understand them and they were not the least bit helpful. Definitely would not recommend!

1 star is actually too much to give these guys. They don't take mobile insurance as a valid form of identification. It's 2018 guys might wanna get with the times. As for their business model? They sit near the Chipolte on college and laurel and tow you as soon as you walk in to one of the surrounding stores even if your just there a minute they swoop in and "link up". They then charge a $65 "unblinking fee" or if they can hurry and get your car out it's $200. Horrible business run by horrible people.
