Allie is amazing! She is very informative and great to talk with. We tried 2 other storage companies and no one was there during there office hours. That was a big deal breaker.
Revised!!! A month after storaging they raised the rent after we were told by Allie it usually doesn't happen till three month and it isn't much of a raise. She talked with corporate to reduce the addition cost. We agreed to it new cost last month and guess what? I got another notice it's going to be raised again. Corporate your heartless and it is bad buisness.

I have to give this place 5 stars! The staff here is amazing! Every interaction has been great and they've been very helpful. Recently I was busy with moving and having family in town and during this time my roommate cleared the rest of our stuff out of the storage unit so we could close out the unit. After removing everything he removed the lock and left the unit. The next day I hadn't gotten a chance to reach out to the company to cancel my unit yet when I received a call from a nice gentleman who was working and while doing rounds noticed the lock was removed from my locker and it was empty, so I was given a call.
Not only did this make the process of finalizing everything with my unit very easy, but it also gave me a piece of mind that if someone would have broken in to my unit, then someone would have noticed before I happened to go by and discover it. This was a great experience, so I would definitely recommend.

I just took over the lease for a unit at the Caribou facility. Working with James was smooth sailing. He explained the process as we went along, making sure that all my questions were answered. James was very personable and professional. I left feeling at ease, knowing that my stored items were under the watch of excellent management. I would definitely recommend Secure Care on Caribou.

On my way from work, I dropped by here to pickup boxes for my move. I can't speak for the storage bit, but the prices for packing supplies were decent and the lady there was SO nice.
