I had an incredible experience with Fort Collins Storage for several years. The manager Roby has provided consistently next level service, from my first tour, the reservation process, and even personally driving to the unit to help me replace my lock. Fort Collins Storage’s autopay was extremely easy, they provide a text reminder each month they charge, and they remain one of the only places that didn’t skyrocket prices between 2021 and now. I paid a consistent and very low price since 2021 - and when they raised rent by a few dollars a few months ago, I was very grateful for their transparency and warning ahead of time.

I moved out of the unit, swept and got the walk through. The owner promised not to charge me again for the unit. I was charged even though I don't rent there anymore.
Do NOT get on automatic payment because they will keep charging you even after everything is moved out. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE BECAUSE THERE IS NO ROOM TO GET TO YOUR STORAGE IF THERE IS ANOTHER CAR.
IT IS SO TIGHT THAT YOU CAN'T TURN AROUND, YOU HAVE TO BACK OUT A LONG WAY. A MOVING TRUCK DOES NOT FIT THIS TINY PLACE. I HAVE TO GO TO MY BANK AND STOP PAYMENT BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT REVERSE THE CHARGE EVEN THOUGH I HAD MOVED OUT THEY MONTH BEFOR AND DON'T RENT FROM THEM ANYMORE MORE AND I SUGGEST THAT YOU DIDN'T EITHER. IT'S NOT WORTH GETTING INVOLVED WITH WITH STORAGE.

DO NOT BOOK ONLINE: we booked a unit to park our car online and got a code to the gate. All seemed okay until we got to the facility and the gate code was “invalid”. We came back the following day during their hours of operations, but they were locked at 11:05am and did not answer their phone. We couldn’t get into the unit, and we lost money. I would NOT recommend storing here.

Tried to get a storage unit, given the "gate number" and when I went to get in, it said that my access was denied, the phone number just went to voicemail with no call back at all. Ended up having to go to a different location with management who was understanding and able to give me the request in a timely manner.

Secure Self Storage is THE BEST in Northern Colorado! Roby is a wonderful person! The storage units are clean and have easy access! The business is TOP NOTCH, I recommend them to everyone looking to store long or short term! You simply must come and check the out!!!!!

Their website boast 24hr access and great customer service. Unfortunately they sent me an invalid code and nobody answered when I called. I was under a time constraint and they let me high and dry when I needed them most. Thanks for nothing. I immediately opened an account with another storage facility. Not only did they call me within 10mins of signing the lease, they also showed me to my unit and provided carts and hand trucks to help facilitate my move.

Very secure place ....convenient location with a personal touch....the electronic pin pad welcomes you by name checking in and leaving...nice touch.

This place is great! Scott and Thea (I hope I spelled that right) are the best -they address any issue I have immediately and they just could not be nicer more helpful people -I should’ve move my stuff here a long time ago

A Great Place to secure your valuables, or junk. They have indoor and outdoor with many different types of storage space. The building seemed very secure to me, I used their service for about two years until I had to move out of state. They had offered me tons of space, for a really good price.

Great place. Modern, clean, professional and friendly. If I could give them 7 stars I would. They are about 3.5 miles from CSU and very easy to access off of Mulberry street in Fort Collins. We live in New Hampshire and my son goes to CSU and needed a place to store his dorm stuff. It was super easy to make a reservation online. After I showed up...we were putting our boxes in a unit within 5-10 minutes. Simple and pain free. No sales pressure at all. Highly recommend. The 5x5 unit I got was indoors, climate controlled, and secure behind coded security. A very well run place in my opinion. The unit had plenty of room for a college student's stuff, and much cheaper than comparable places for a 5x5. Due to the price I was expecting to see a run down place, but it's not that at all. I’m happy I stumbled across this place.

They called me the very next day to see if I had any questions. They had everything all set when I showed up and literally 10 minutes later we were putting our boxes in a unit. Simple and pain free. No sales pressure at all. Highly recommend. The 5x5 unit I got was indoors, climate controlled, secure behind coded security. I noticed they had camera security that covers everything. A very well run place in my opinion. The unit had plenty of room for a college student's stuff, and much cheaper ($49.99) than comparable places for a 5x5. Due to the price I was expecting to see a run down place, but it's not that at all. They also have hand-trucks and carts to use if needed. Happy I was fortunate enough to find the place
