Aloha; this location is smaller but according to my daughter had everything she was looking for. It's super neat and clean here. Plenty of parking and the staff is really kind and knowledgeable.

Not impressed. This Sephora location inside Kohl's does not have enough staff. It looks like two people at a time the most. Also, not enough training as far as knowledge of the products they sell, and lack of interest when it comes to interacting with customers who need some help. Maybe that is why the store is empty most of the time. Sad!

Two bad things1. Return policy is not as Sephora. Cannot return items with just rewards or phone number you have to have physical receipt or card. In my situation I payed with a gift card and got cash as difference so no receipt and couldn’t get a refund or exchange and I didn’t have the gift card so couldn’t get looked up that way. Only thing that appeared was a “repurchase your loves” in account and u could see the items I purchased there. UPC of item itself didn’t help. called Sephora (bc they have such amazing policies and procedures and usually great customer service) and they sent me over to kohls customer service2. 4th visit, I loveeee Sephora and spend a lot of time and money there so waited to write this review as they’re fairly new. Bad customer service, went in there for Sephora sales event and older lady was rude, other employee was not helping bc she was talking to other kohls employees and messing around with the handicapped chairs. You can’t use your phone number to look up rewards account and cashiers won’t bother helping you just mad everytime you attempt another email. Very sad as they’re the only Sephora in town that stays open late but don’t waste your time. Solo Sephora stores are worth it

Oftentimes I go into sephora and feel as though I can't even move without a sales associate bothering me. I appreciate that this store greeted me and asked what they can help with, and then when I said I am just looking, they ACTUALLY gave me time to browse around and try on makeup without bothering me. If I don't need help then please leave me alone and let me shop! Please don't continue asking, it makes me uncomfortable as a customer. Thanks kohls at sephora for allowing me time to explore without bother.

Katrina helped me today and she was awesome! She helped me get the perfect match for my skin and made me feel so comfortable. She also helped me find a perfect new perfume. I could not have asked for a better experience!

What a disappointment. I got my daughter a gift card to Sephora for her birthday and we took it into this Sephora location. She was super excited to spend it. She had planned it all out. We spent an hour finding what she planned to buy. When we went to checkout, I was told that her gift card was no good here. I’d have to take it to another location. Why? Because it is located inside a Kohls.
