5 stars isn't enough for Kristen at Sephora! She's an absolute rockstar. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable about all the products, but she's also sweet, helpful, and makes the whole shopping experience so much fun! Kristen took the time to answer all my questions, made perfect recommendations, and even helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Her passion for beauty and exceptional customer service skills truly shine through. If you're shopping at Sephora, ask for Kristen - you won't regret it!

I called because someone used my Sephora account without my permission. Lady on the phone today was super rude, not kind, and said “I don’t know you can check on your account” . and then hung up before asking if I had any more questions or telling me if I would be able to get back any points used or what I could do.

I am not one to usually write reviews but I had to make sure to write one after my shopping experience today. As I proceeded to check out, the cash register associate, Kit offered me to apply for a Sephora credit card and receive a discount plus some extra goodies. I went ahead and accepted the offer and was approved, and I just want to say that Kit’s customer service was amazing! Rachel was so sweet and very helpful finding the items I needed. You don't see this type of customer service anymore, please give them a raise because they are an example of the type of employee that keeps your customers returning!

I did a pick up order. They left a staple in the bag, sticking out. I grabbed our bags after shopping and immediately drew my hand back, to find blood on my finger. Because the employees haphazardly stapled something to the bag (nothing was on it when I got home) I ended up with two tiny pin hole marks on my left middle finger.
Just completely irresponsible. Pay attention.

Denessa Myricks, made me feel very important and had great customer service! Helping me with exactly what I wanted and then some. I will be going back! So nice to finally not be treated badly by a high end company, just because I’m Goth/Alternative!

I really like coming to this store but lately it's been a bit irritating. Do we have to have a person standing right at the entrance asking everyone "Hi! What can are we shopping for today? How can I help you? What brands do you want to look at?" it's too much, let us walk into the store before you start interrogating us. More often than not, we already know what we want and where to go and if we don't, we'll ask you! It's just really annoying and kind of ruins the mood for me personally. Maybe others don't mind it but i really don't like it. Also, please stop asking us who helped us at check out. We don't know any of your names, you don't wear name tags, how are we supposed to know who the person is? I'm not going to ask what everyone's name is lol. The whole vibe has been off lately, y'all sound like robots when you speak to customers now and can't seem to take a hint when there are customers who like to be left alone to shop (much like myself).

I love this Sephora! I recently went in looking for help picking makeup for my upcoming wedding. Deb walked me around the whole store and recommended several products, shade matched, and gave me samples to try. I went back today to purchase and was helped by a few other ladies whose names I forget but had an all around great experience.

I came in a few weeks ago and unfortunately I don’t have the name of the gentleman that helped my daughter and myself but he was so incredibly kind, fun and helpful. Getting married next week and I went to get a long-wear foundation/primer/setting spray combo as it is an outdoor wedding and we plan on dancing the night away… I was helped by Olivia and she did an impeccable job shade matching me, which is often tough with my cool olive undertones. I either look orange or lifeless with a lot of foundations. I was directed to the NARS light reflecting foundation, Fenty beauty soft matte primer and the One Size on til dawn mattifying waterproof setting spray. Holy heck did this combo hold up better than I’ve ever experienced for my wear test at an EDM show. Thanks Olivia!!!
