Deb at the Fort Collins (council tree) location is AMAZING and deserves a 10/10 rating!!! She is so sweet, helpful, and knowledgeable! I love Sephora and will not shop at Ulta!

Over time, Sephora became just prom makeup shop, not a skin care shop. Quality products are declining but there is just more variety. So, quantity only and little quality. Also the return policy is not working, I again got stuck with a product recommended by staff but due to travel and late opening hours I could not return it on time. Finally, today I was served by a person who admitted to being sick to another staff person, then I realized she looked feverish, but had no mask. I felt disrespected as a customer and made a decision that my family will never go to Sephora again.

Staff were super helpful as soon as I walked in the door. Products and brands were clearly labeled and easy to find and the quality of products sold is very high. While they offer less than Ulta, they offer better quality on many items.

I was celebrating my birthday and scheduled 4 beauty sessions. They made me feel so special!! They decorated the beauty station with balloons and a happy birthday banner! They also gave us sparkling cider in champagne glasses. They even gave us goody bags for each of us with sample products! And even though it was close to closing they did not rush us. Hope and Deb did a phenomenal job with our makeup! Anthony was amazing at putting it all together and working with me to schedule it. It was the best birthday surprise! I am so grateful for all the staff there!

Shout out to Anthony this afternoon who scooped me up and treated me like a princess with a color matching session in Bare Minerals. Anthony was professional, fun, super knowledgeable and attentive. He treated his colleagues with the same respect he showed to me which is a quality I value in any service industry. I am so grateful for the always welcoming and happy atmosphere at our Fort Collins Sephora. I feel at Home every time I come here.

This Sephora no matter what I always come in and they think I’m stealing I feel so discriminated against and that was so disrespectful to even question that because I was looking for a shampoo I felt so embarrassed I wound t be coming to this location any more

I was able to find what I need it!Everyone was very nice with a positive energy! That’s Great, makes costumers feel welcome ?? I’m all about great customer service, they got a big plus! Products are in a good presentation , I just wish they can keep their inventory more stock!

Rachel is such a doll and so kind, she always greets me with a warm smile and updates me on the new promotions going on around the store. Anthony is always so welcoming and great to chat with, such a great environment inside this Sephora. Great job guys!❤️

I went in looking for a nice blush today and the sales associate Carli was amazing! She was super thoughtful and intentional in helping me find a blush. She was also super transparent and gave me all the information to make the right choice for myself which I really appreciated! Overall she made my most recent visit the best experience I have had at Sephora. PLEASE GIVE HER A RAISE!

The most exceptional associate works here and her name is Kim. I walked in as they were closing their night with the intent to get two things. I ended up buying over $200 worth of items and let’s say it was because of Kim.She saw me just browsing the brushes and pointed me to the most fabulous bundle deal Sephora was having .. that I ended up buying two sets.. I didn’t even need two nor was I even there for brushes?!Regardless , I found myself happy to be buying two new sets of brushes because of her.I went in for a specific moisturizer and again she pointed me in the right direction. She was knowledgeable on every single product in this store. I let her know I had very sensitive skin and was skeptical on certain products she than taught me about an impressive new product : The Milk Serum by Josie Maran ($56)- for those with sensitive skin.And lastly I needed a foundation and while I love the Giorgio Armani luminous silk foundation she also encouraged me to try something new that I absolutely love!!If you’re looking for products, or you’re not too sure what you want or need, make sure to ask for Kim(with the red hair)!She leads with integrity and encompasses this wonderful aura .. it makes you feel like you’re shopping with a friend . Thank you Kim! The Sephora family is lucky to have you .

Extremely dissapintedd. I walked here with a 2-year-old the night before New years Eve. Told the associate ( wearing glasses) that was standing by the door that I use the Revlon ultimate colorstay that lasts about easily 24 hours. Im looking for one just like it. She took me to the SEPHORA line and showed me a lipstick.. I tried them and also read the description of it. THERE WAS NO INDICATION THAT THIS LIPSTICK STAYS for whatevern number of hours. I reached out to her and asked: wellthis doesn't have any indication that it lasts long... she confidently said it would last at least 8to 10hours. I believed her. Bought it and walked out. The next day, I wore the lipstick, I got on a plane and flew to Canada ( 3hr flight) the lipstick was gone by the time I looked at myself in the airport... I felt betrayed and lied to. Why would she do that? Now I can't even return this cause Im in another country... tonight again I wore it and it was gone 3hrs later... this is so unfair. I wish I knew her name.
