They have a FREE AIR INFRECTER.
NO PRESSURE GAUGE so you have to bring your own. Free air should be a requirement for gas stations so 5 stars.

Bought gas and then went into the store to buy a Mega Millions and a Colorado Lotto ticket. The guy at the counter is extremely rude. I have used this gas station often because it is convenient but today is the last day I will ever buy gas or anything else there. This man makes you feel like you are a huge inconvenience and is openly hostile.

I have my favorite rosé that I buy in a four pack for $18 and every time it's beat up and torn up. And today I tripped over the dog's bed in order to get to the checkout counter. And nobody ever treats me like a local there and guess what: I won't be back!

Best gas station and snack/wine and beer stop in town. They have always had good gas rates, staff is so unbelievably friendly, I’ve been going here for the past 10+ years and I’ve never had a bad experience. Rachel is incredible, Josh is wonderful, Brian is so lovable and Matt, the owner, is one of a kind. Incredible customer service. As a business owner in town, I am so impressed. This is the gas station/shop GEM in Fort Collins.

Went to get gas and station was locked at about 9:30. Waited around for 10 minutes(really was on empty) the old guy finally showed up driving in his car. Looks like he left station unattended. Who the hell leaves his job like that. Was rude when I went in.Didn’t apologize. Made me wait to even wait on me! And I am a regular. About 4 cars left while I was waiting . Lost customers! If I owned the place I would fire him. He is rude rude rude

Stood in the store for 10 minutes before anyone came to the counter. Then was told I can't use my Colorado digital ID. Very rude and unprofessional. All the guy would say is call corporate. Wasn't trying to argue. He was just being rude.....
Will not come back. Many other more convenient options.

Unacceptable place I just wanted to get some things after a long day of work and a bald man with a bandana that works there was being very racist. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE

I've been coming here for years and the past year this bald dude has progressively gotten rude with me . First he always complains about me paying with cash . I understand big bills but he's complains about $20 and $10 .then he tosses the snacks at you or anything small you buy. Then on snow days he gets upset when you don't bring in perfectly clean shoes (I tried to wipe my shoes off as much as possible but not all the mud will come off) he'll make you go outside before letting you in. Not everyone works inside like him . I've never seen him treat anyone else like that and I've been coming here for years.. I'm starting to feel like it's based on color . I'll never return and I'll make sure everyone knows about that bald dude at this gas station.

Their “enhanced extracts: Gold” is counterfeit.I got very sick for about 7hrs and didn’t feel right for days.Also, “enhanced extracts” contains the chemical “tianeptine”AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
