Today was my first interaction with this store and it was fabulous. Both managers, Max and Tim, were super attentive to my concerns about the other Smoker Friendly location in Loveland. Max went above and beyond and got in touch directly with the manager above them. If youwant a cool and chill gas station/smoke shop, come here. Also, this location has really cool smoking glassware and silicone pipes produced by a local artist (e.g., R2-D2, Yoshi, and Baby Yoda tobacco pipes)! So glad I found this place! ????

The Gent working there this afternoon/eve was extremely friendly, caring, funny, and helpful! He got me signed up for the discount program, handled my forgetting to pay for gas in advance with grace! He just genuinely has a great attitude and it shined throughout our transaction!Thanks!

Drove across town to see if they had cheap cigarettes, and they were more expensive than anywhere else. For a place named “Smoker Friendly”, they’re not.

I've never had an unfriendly employee take care of me here. Great prices on cigarettes, pipe tobacco and gas. Pretty convenient location, but I hate the roundabout the city put in a few years ago.

I guess if you only want gas and cigs it's okay got vape juice here and pretty much got ripped off they had a rather large selection of detox drink just seems blahs
