These guys are the real deal! Don’t have to check their work. I have 25 years in the industry and 20 with Ford. They fixed my truck with the cam faser issue with no problem. Jack and Christoph are a major asset to the company! Hey guys if you need a real player give me a call…I’m retired and bored! Would love to be a part of the team if you need help…….

If looking to buy a car ask for Trevon!! He is the nicest and most easy sales person I’ve ever encountered. Buying vehicles is already stressful but Trevon really takes the time to make sure that You get the best deal on Your purchase :) 10/10 would buy another car if Trevon was the sales person!

Purchased a vehicle in December 2023 — we had mentioned that my husband was military through the process because Ford had a $500 rebate going on at the time. Looked at the paperwork when we were getting ready to sign and they had forgotten that part in the de. Ryan in finance said he could ask the manager, Kelly, but it would take a while or we could just get a check issued from Ford after everything was signed. We opted for the check because it seemed simple enough and it was already pretty late. It is now end of August 2024 and we’re still waiting for the check. My husband has been calling Kelly frequently and never gets a call back, just has to hope that he catches him when he’s there. We’ve also been using Loveland Ford instead of Ken Garff for service since they’re able to get us in much quicker. I don’t recommend Ken Garff Fort Collins because their service after the sale and communication has been horrendous. You know that if we owed them $500, they would not have let it go this long. So frustrating!

Chandler was great to work with as our sales person and Tyler in finance was awesome! Very patient and no pressure at all. They were even very tolerant of my two bankers through the whole process. Could not say enough good things about buying from them.

Their service department is very slow, never can help me within a reasonable time when my brand new car is needing service. It is Friday and I called since 8 am. They are offering me on Tuesday they can take my car to be seen maybe three days after that. So I would not get my brand new car from one Friday until the next. They promised they would have an alternative car available when we first purchased the car and every time I request the service they say they don’t have a car available even though they lease cars at this facility. so, I would have to rent a car on my own dime. Very unprofessional service I’m going to have to follow through out of necessity and then look for a better dealership.

I just bought a brand new Ford Maverick Lariat at Ken Garff Ford in Ft. Collins! Sales guy Aaron Levine helped me from start to finish and he is the reason I bought my very first pick up truck - well, that and the gorgeous Hot Pepper Red Metallic color!!
Aaron is very relaxed and low key in manner. Never intense or pushy. He felt like a friend just telling me all about the features of the vehicle and chatting about life. I highly recommend him if you’re considering buying a Ford.
While I was in the showroom completing the sale, I noticed that all the staff I saw interacting with each other and customers seemed like nice people. I was impressed. Not what I expected from a car dealership!

If I could give no stars I would. I have a 2022 bronco sport with a recall. I called the service department and they scheduled me within 2 weeks. I received multiple text messages for valet service prior to my appointment, I had already scheduled them to pick up and drop off. The day of my appointment no one showed up. I called the service department and got transferred over and over or sent to voicemails. No one returned my calls or explained what was going on. Called the Loveland Ford and they scheduled me within a day to resolve the issue. Will be a customer in Loveland from now on.
