Absolutely the worst insurance broker and staff. I have 18 items I had insured through State Farm. One of my houses, he just cancelled it and another duplex he completely forgot to bond it after we had a conversation regarding the house. He then stated if something had happened to the duplex it would have been ok. His employees do not work either, I have no idea what they do everyday.....this has been going on for over two years....if you value your property do not sign with this guy...he's a joke.
My 18 items are houses, cars and a boat, I am now with Barry Bailey, on Drake !
He is unprofessional and I switched agents and I am glad I did....I will NEVER to business with Chip again. No one should do business with this guy.

Been with Chip Beake and his State Farm team for many years. They have always been very helpful and responsive. I had a difficult task today and Chip handled it beautifully, going above and beyond, thank Chip!

Chip Beake and Sheila they’re the best ones they help me with all process in my claim they’re very efficient in the last two years I have two claims and they help me with the start to finish process. I recommend it hundred percent. I’m very happy with all the help they gave me. They care about their customers. Thank you for all the help. I very appreciate it thank you thank you.

The only reason I'm giving a 2 star rating is when they did call me back they were nice and were helpful. The reason for the two star rating is THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!! I made a 4pm DMV appointment for a new vehicle I bought. I called at roughly 11:30am that morning to set up insurance and have proof of insurance for the DMV and they did not call me back till 3:50pm which I already canceled my appointment because of no return call. I was tired of them never answering the phone and changed agencies.

Chip and Sheila made getting my insurance a much simpler process. They are very knowledgeable about the whole process and made sure that my insurance package fit my needs. They also made it easy to understand so I knew what I was getting into. Now I feel very good about my insurance thanks to them.

I just moved to Fort Collins and I was looking for a new insurance agent, I visited many sf agencies and Chip Beake is the one I feel most comfortable handling my insurance.
