If I could I would rate this with zero stars as one of the employees there is incredibly rude. I work in customer service myself and I would have gotten fired if I acted the way she does. I also noticed that she plays with yarn behind the counter and that can be a major health hazard with food.

Don’t update store hours on google or on the website. Literally let us place an order to a store that was closed. The process to get the money back was hard. If you are closed, don’t let us place an order!

Everytime I go here the staff are really rude, not at all friendly, they should not be in a job that involves customer service. Painfully slow, but I would forgive that if the workers were nice.

Wanna go to the laziest, sandy place in foco? Well then this subway is the grand winner. Sandwiches are thrown together with hate and manager is a rude guy that hates everyone that simply wants a sandwich. They also close an hour early from what the website says. 10/10 would never recommend.

forgot my avocado that i paid extra for, called to request it be refunded, was told i had to come in to get the refund, the person had the line had terrible customer service, didn't apologize for the inconvenience at all. i went back, he wordlessly handed me two dollars in cash, and i now see he shorted me the tax. which is really just the principle of the thing but still. it was an awful customer service experience.

Paid well over $20 for me and the partner... my go to sub is the cold cut, if you know anything about this sub at subway the meat comes pre-portioned, one slab for each 12 inch.. the lady took pieces out of this slab and added it into another slab.. presumably for a different customer? Also 85% sure she only put 3 slices of cheese on this footlong. This is the first subway I have seen this occur at, go to the shields/Elizabeth location

I ordered a 12 inch sandwich on the app and got a 6 inch instead. It wasn’t crowded or busy but they still got my order wrong. $14 for a 6 inch sandwich . I deleted the app and my interest in subway for the future. I work at Colorado State University and will have nothing good to say about this restaurant. Goodbye.

Just ordered sand which was made wrong and the girl did not listen to me. Also ordered a cookie which was raw and ended up being thrown away. Total waste of money.The only good part of the experience was the guy who took my initial order. He was phenomenal and friendly too bad the others ruined the experience
