CSU Surplus Property is a unique retail spot offering a wide array of items, primarily sourced from abandoned campus property. Customers often find fair and sometimes excellent deals on unexpected products, including technology, school books, tools, and even bicycles. The inventory features mini desktop computers, power supplies, cables, cameras, and projectors, all at low prices. Many items like power bricks and connection wires are available for just a few dollars, making it an ideal place for budget-conscious shoppers. While the prices on some items, especially monitors, can be higher than expected, many computer prices reflect what one might find on eBay or Amazon for refurbished units. Shoppers have noted that furniture prices can be surprisingly steep, with even used chairs costing around $120. The store, which has limited parking for about five cars, can get busy with employees, making it a bit cramped at times. Customers enjoy browsing the eclectic mix of surplus goods, often leaving with unexpected finds. The store is described as a whimsical treasure trove, resembling a physical version of an online marketplace. Overall, CSU Surplus Property is a great destination for those seeking affordable tech and other miscellaneous items.
Got a hell of a deal on a nice bike. Definitely coming back.

Fair and often good deals. Lots of random items you wouldn't think would be there. Most likely due to them having access to abandoned property from the campus dorms. Great place to find power bricks and random connection wires real cheap... Think the square printer cable that costs $20 for $5ish.

Great depot to find used equipment that works well for a good value.
