We worked with Alex and have never had a better phone/store experience. Made everything super simple and helped as much as he could. Fixed our problems right away and no “hidden” fees. Tells us everything throughly. Very pleased with this store. 5/5

If they were ZERO stars I would've chosen that option. DONT BELIEVE IF THEY SAY THEY ARE PAYING OFF YOUR PHONE WITH YOUR PAST COMPANY IF YOU SWITCH, THEY NEVER DID and we've visited many stores in different locations and called the customer service phone and they just send a broken link so they don't have to pay anything. Dennis lied to me and mistreated me.The moment I walked in the store which was to have my screen protector redone because it was done so poorly by Dennis in fact but the moment I walked through the door and hadn't even said anything. This man was glaring at me as if we were in prison and I was about to be attacked. I requested somebody else and they did the work very well.He misrepresented the facts surrounding a sale and how to address issues. Ultimately, I bought a screen protector that was not protected and they tried to make me pay for a second one when the first one wasn't done.

Dennis is management material and beyond. He was friendly and professional. Imagine both of those together. Add quick, knowledgeable, honest, kind and the kind of employee that makes greatness happen. T-Mobile. Who knew. Oh, yes, and Morgan came over, too, for a minute or two. What a great team.

Great T-Mobile store. This is literally the only T-Mobile store I will go to anymore. It’s kinda out of the way, but everytime I go here they always have what I need. If I go to any of the local ones here in Loveland, they never have what I need.

The 'lady' that works in this location is condescending to elderly. I've witnessed it twice now. 1 time too many. She's a terrible representative of T-Mobile. The guys though- top notch sweethearts.

Morgan was very helpful. He got my new phone, case, & screen protector ordered for me, and revised my phone plan to the Military plan it should have been on to begin with.The store is clean, neat, and well organized. All of the staff are very friendly. They help each other when they encounter a scenario they haven't dealt with before. This T-Mobile store reminds me of the superb customer service I used to get with Sprint. I was afraid this would go away with the merger. Then again, this is Fort Collins. This is the standard I've come to know for all businesses I go into in Fort Collins.

Serena,She was great. Went in to get my son a apple watch. And you guys didn't have none left. And came back the next day and got it. We got my son phone and my watch from her 2 week before. She did a great job. Will back to get 2 more phone in a week. Thank you ?

T-Mobile typically has fabulous customer service. However, today, at this location, Dennis was rude and unprofessional. He called me from the store to deal with an issue relating to having taken someone off my plan the month before needing to return their device. He left the customer care representative and I both waiting on hold for him to let us know they had completed the transaction. It was so long that she decided to call the store to find out that they had finished, and Dennis was too careless to come back and inform us that we could hang up. I would go to the Foothills Mall location; they are amazing there.
