Drove 40 mins to pick up stacked microwave/oven range combo unit. Before driving they said the unit didn't have any issues. When I arrived, the microwave door wouldn't open. When I noticed that, I asked why they didn't disclose the issue on the listing and didn't mention it on the phone when we asked to confirm operational condition. The lady that worked there claimed that the microwave requires it to be powered on in order to be able to open it, which is a complete and total lie! Thanks for wasting my time! Dishonest seller.

I needed a dryer to replace mine and the price and selection was right here.
The delivery person, I believe his name was Nick I hope I remembered that right, was very kind and helpful.

Had to give 1 star we got a refrigerator there and it needed repair and they were rude even went so far as to threaten to not send out a repairman

Austin was extremely helpful in picking a used dryer which was needed in short order for a family with two toddlers. I asked for his opinion on which dryer to choose and he recommended one of the less expensive options which is working perfectly. Great and friendly service. When my next appliance breaks down I know I’ll head here before a big box store.
Update! It’s been 2+ months and the dryer is still working like a charm. And in a house with a 3 and 4 yr old working on overnight potty training, you know it’s getting some use. 😁

It's always a bummer when a appliance works one minute and is dead the next. That's what happened with our dryer.
I'm not a big fan of buying used, but we were in a hurry and I found listings from here on Craigslist.
We came in and left with a different dryer than the one I had been looking at, and I have to say we are very happy so far with what we got.
I would have given 5 stars, because the service was great, and the dryer is a nice one, but the lint basket was packed full of lint and paper.
It might be a good thing to clean those out too before you try and sell them.

Placed an order online then was asked to call to complete payment. On the phone they said the delivery fee would triple what the website said (with stair upcharge applied) and we were being charged to remove old appliances even though there are none to remove. Way too complicated. Cancelled the order.

Had a rather large number of choices. The lady there was very helpful and personable. My friend was able to put the gas stove she wanted on layaway. They deliver and will take away your old appliance for a reasonable fee but they don't do hookups.

The Appliance Store delivered a new refrigerator that keeps my food perfectly cool. It's roomy, energy-efficient, and incredibly easy to organize because to the adjustable shelves. An amazing complement to my kitchen!!

Athena and her husband were friendly,helpful when I needed to replace our washing machine a couple months ago. Needed to replace our garage fridge this time and the gal that helped us this time was also helpful, practical, answered our questions, and set us up quickly.
