To add to what I've posted in the past: Pavilions provides a pleasant experience across the board. Their people, from the office staff to the maintenance workers, are top-notch. They're very responsive to requests of all kinds, and they do their best to respect every resident's needs and preferences.
Once again I'm super-impressed with the work of Pavilions maintenance. On a day I spent in Denver, in mid-afternoon I remembered to submit a repair request online. When I got home that night, I found that all three items had been successfully dealt with less than two hours after my request, even though I'd listed none of them as urgent. Over almost four years here I've been struck by how smoothly not just maintenance, but the entire operation, is run. In every arena, the standards of the Pavilions staff are extremely high.

Grubby little slumlords. We did a walk-through before moving in, pointing out things that needed fixing (broken smoke detector, dirty bathroom); they were not done when we moved in. Our dryer never worked properly, making horrible noises, and we had to call in repairmen several times and it was never fixed properly; the same guy came by repeatedly just to not fix the same problem. When we moved out, we cleaned thoroughly beforehand but they kept our security deposit anyway. For short-term rentals, this place is disgustingly overpriced and they don't take care of tenants. The office people are nice, though.

We moved here from another state and rented the apartment before we arrived. Everyone in the office was always helpful and professional from the very first call. We loved the apartment and rented for quite some time before moving to a house with a yard for our dogs. The complex is quiet and everyone was friendly and considerate. Great amenities too! Highly recommend the Pavilions at Silver Sage!

The harrasment and racism exhibited by some of the management has been quite shocking. I would definitely not rent from this overpriced location if you want peace.

This review is for Sarah at the leasing office. I have been living here for almost two years and will never be living here again. Sarah is a racist and bigoted person who has made my life hell at these apartments. After calling the leasing office to get a time for my maintenance appointment so I can put my reactive (previously abused) dog away, she then proceeded to call me irresponsible and my dog dangerous, even though I called them to further ensure their safety. Maintenance that same day came into my apartment without knocking, I have two dogs who would hear that knock. My dogs were spooked when these people entered my home. Then when you complain to the leasing office they try to blackmail you with “complaints” from months ago that they never brought to your attention (who knows if they’re real). You then are told you have a smoking area for marijuana (because you can’t discriminate and have a smoking area for only cigarettes) then the apartment complains about smell? How can you smoke it without possessing it and how can you possess it without smelling? I had complained to Sarah for months about the apartment above me constantly stomping. Her response was to put on headphones. I don’t pay almost $2k a month to not even be able to hear a smoke alarm or police at my door if needed. When I started to play music, she sent me a violation because my upstairs neighbors (who were stomping and dropping things on the floor during non quiet hours) then complained about that very music. The walls are thin, and you can hear a person talking next door. After sending me multiple violations, a month later her construction crew starts working above me and guess what? Doing the exact same thing. Playing music just as loud as I was. But she has yet to reply to my emails or take my complaint seriously, and I wonder why (racism) Because no matter the race everyone deserves their enjoyment to peace and quiet in their own home. While all of this was going on I got diagnosed with a blood clot, and infarct (part of my lung died), and then had to get surgery. I informed Sarah of all this and she then told me to move or end my lease. How can I move with all of those health conditions instead of just doing your job and fixing the problem? Especially after paying for medications, hospital visits, and surgery itself. That’s sad. Me and my partner have complained multiple times about multiple things but none of our complaints get taken seriously. While she has shown a steadfast pace at resolving others complaints. She infringes on your rights. One of our racist neighbors told her that we interacted with them poorly (and lied about the interaction) but we have never talked to this person. Instead of being a good person and asking for both sides she instead sent me a violation. Sarah gave us a violation for “talking” to the neighbor. That same racist neighbor called police on me, told the leasing office then the leasing office sent me another violation. So they called police, police never came to my door, never talked to me because they were not called for a good or true reason. Sarah then used that to give me violation. Racism won that day. Xfinity came two days ago and told us we had some of the oldest equipment he’s ever seen. This equipment is supposed to be changed out once a year or every two years, he told us we had the same wiring as when the building was first built. DO NOT THINK YOU CAN OWN A DOG SAFELY HERE, they allow people to feed raccoons (that’s illegal) so the raccoons are VERY bold and will walk up to you or chase you at night and they take WEEKS to empty the dog poop trash cans so be prepared to hold your breathe on walks. This then attracts flies and other pests. Lived in Fort Collins for almost 4 years and I’ve never dealt with such hatefulness from leasing office management. I can only imagine. But I will say Kevin from the leasing office and the lady who usually sits next time him are really nice people so thank you.

Fantastic front office, and maintenance folks also great. Have had a few freak major breakages in the unit in a year of living here, but they’ve been prompt and professional in addressing every one. Also a friendly, tranquil apartment community if that’s your bag. Only good things to say about this place really. Not the cheapest, but not much more than far less desirable complexes in the area. Great people, great place. Stay away from Courtney Park and other assets of massive national outfits - you’ll get utterly screwed. Mission Rock is where it’s at.

Beautiful property and a great location but I don't like how much the prices fluctuate. When I was originally looking at this complex the price of a 1 bed 1 bath 600 sq ft was $1,503 which was within my budget. After scheduling a tour and looking at the apartment the following week the price has gone up to $1,775. Which is insane. The units are small and not worth that price.

This was a great experience to live in Fort Collins, especially in Pavilions. Attentive and helpful team, professional and quick maintenance service, kind people, comfortable apartment and wonderful huge park with different activities behind the complex . We appreciate Kevin and other staff members )
