Great shop, I was able to book an appointment online for the next day after I killed my car battery. They sent me a detailed inspection report of my car with pictures and I was able to approve or deny the work from an itemized list with pricing and taxes already displayed. It was very transparent, love having that option. All work was completed same day. Will return for future car needs.

Total automotive was fantastic - I was able to easily schedule my service, drop off my vehicle and was notified once diagnostics were complete. They easily determined the issue, fixed it and got me back on the road. Highly recommend!

Im very happy with Fort Collins 4x4. Their staff was knowledgeable, professional and helpful. They were the least expensive of the three shops I got quotes from. Their work was done on time. In addition, they did a complete inspection bumper to bumper and recommend things that should be addressed immediately and things that are not as urgent. They were fair and honest.

Total Automotive was wonderful, they inspected my car and were able to figure out what my issues were. I didn't feel upsold or pressured, they recommended the slightly more expensive part but that was just due to my car and was given out of good advice.

Total Automive FC 4x4 was the perfect experience for a person like me that needs guidance from an honest hometown business.
I’ll be specific- when I asked for pricing options on new tires, fog lights etc etc they provided a range of pricing and options from losest good cost, to middle of the road, to most expensive with a detailed explanation of each choice.
That is exceptional service IMO.
I purchased much needed tires and have lights on order. I took a 24 hour round trip road travel trip and the tires performed as they stated in snow, sleet and dry road conditions.
I highly recommend Total Automotive FC 4x4 for all vehicle type needs.
