I go here often. I get mostly dog food from there. I have a dog that has a very sensitive stomach so I was there looking at dog food. A lady came up and asked if we were finding everything alright and said not sure. Told her about our situation and what she suggests for dogs with sensitive tummies. She said that it might be that our dog is allergic to chicken and to try the salmon/sweet potato formula. Worked like a charm! Sad that a sales associate could figure out what the vet couldn't. I wish I could remember her name because our dog is big, healthy and happy since switching his food. No more allergies and very rare accidents now.

Great company shop here over the co-op. They actually have customer service and can do all the same things for similar price .

Visited recently Made it almost 7 feet past the veranda (inside the store) Before being accusted ( physically restrained) from behind by an employee and accused of shop lifting upon entering the store. Not a welcoming atmosphere.
I suggest continuing approximately 1/8 of mile north down the road to the Ace Hardware Co-Op.

I went there in the evening a few days ago to purchase propane. I was told that they don't sell propane late in the day, even if the store is open. I made a special trip to this store to get my propane tanks filled, and was not able to. I left disappointed. I am a lot less likely to visit Tractor Supply in the future.

Most of the staff is very knowledable and helpful...but we had a bit of an issue with one person. She seemed more excited to drive the forklift or talk to other people while fulfilling our order. Cadence stepped in and took care of us. She helped us with everything we needed. Her customer service and down to earth demeanor was exactly what we expect, and generally recieve at Tractor Supply. She turned this into a 5 star review instead of a two star.

I have to come here often for propane, and I just want to commend the employees here for always being quick and willing to fill up my tanks. I RV full-time, and have tried another location where the employees always complain or refuse because it’s below 30°… whereas at this location, they’re always friendly and welcoming. So thanks for standing out in the cold and helping your customers out :) I appreciate it more than I can express in an online review.

They gave me the wrong size bag of chicken feed on my pick up order. I ordered and paid for a smaller bag❗️Tried to call and fix the issue, was willing to pay for larger bag but female on phone was not very caring and told me I would have to make a trip back to store. Not good customer service. I should make trip back to store to pay more for their mistake?

We bought a kerosene heater, with warranty. It was some weeks before we used it but then it broke within a week. We tried to return it for exchange. They were out of stock. Rather than having us return the thing for a refund, they were supposed to find one. They Never called.When I later called the store to see what had ever become of the project they were less than helpful. Meaning that the heaters were out of stock when I first asked for help with the problem so they just blew me off until it was too late to return the heater and get our money back.The almost helpful young woman on the phone let us know that we can deal directly with the warranty company. She then hung up on me while I was complaining about their indifference, demonstrating their indifference.There are better stores than the Tractor Supply Company.

I was the guy who accidentally let a pig out in the equipment yard, your yard hands were absolutely mint... They helped me chase that big ol sow all over the yard and get her back in the trailer without a single complaint. 100% would recommend letting a pig loose here
