I'm going to refer this location to anyone I know with moving needs, it's a huge difference from the location on north college. Hunter was personable, he was beyond helpful/useful- fully educated with how to answer the questions I had and went above and beyond for not only me but the next customer in line. (I got to watch the process, he really handled everything he could as professionally as I've ever seen and with compassion that's RARE to find in this world) I've never had such a great experience going to a u haul. I hate moving, I hate the whole process but this employee had me smiling and enjoying the whole process, wish I could've taken him along for the ride ? Makes me appreciate that u haul found this guy and has him on their team.

“The only hitch in picking up a Ubox, if you are towing it yourself, would be that the warehouse is not at the 6100 South College location. You need to go to the warehouse at 3700 Canal Street near State Highway 14 (Mulberry Street) and Interstate 25, on the east side of Fort Collins. But otherwise, I have had nothing but a positive experience with Uhaul.”

“This experience was amazing...it had the feeling and personal touch of a small store and was completely worth working with them. The owner worked with me around delays due to public transportation and adjusting return time when I had issues there too. He worked through everything with me along the way. I was in a rush to leave, he reminded me and ensured that I take pictures of the van for my safety. He was so kind! Then what takes the cake? I left my necklace in the back on accident and when he found it he offered to mail it to me in my new home. So kind! These other haters don't know a gem of a person when you have one...sure, sometimes things go a little awry and life happens. But the owner goes over and above for you, and that makes up for and stupid drop in internet. ? Would absolutely use again! Thank you for a great experience during a hectic life time!!!”

Truck was 15’ and served its purpose. Appliance dolly was worn down and when I needed it, it would not lock/secure the strap to go around our washer/dryer in place, essentially being useless. By the time we noticed this, needed it, it was too late. Nothing like some extra manual labor to do the trick. Other than that hiccup, all went well for this move.”

“Whata gift..just when you think people don't care. I moved here for medical help..know no one..no family. One week from spine surgery. I have limped through unpacking...just needed Half hour to get rid of boxes. I was more than willing to pay. TO HEARTFELT SURPRISE..HE WOULD NOT TAKE PAYMENT...STILL CAUSING ME TO CRY
