stick to a price. online the 8+ screen replacement service and appointment is 99$. got there and was quoted around 120$ because i was told i actually had an 8. came to pick it up and was informed the price went up to 134$ because it's actually an 8+. tax brought it to 145$. Screen has a weird hue to it and this paragraph took a while to type because the screen still isn't responding well. could've at least charged my phone overnight after repairing it. got it back with 10%. people were nice though.

Sony won't fix the PS5 controllers that are outside of warranty. These guys were able to fix both controllers cheaper than buying new ones. They also have a one year warranty on all their repairs. It took them a little longer than a day to fix it but I was able to save a couple bucks.

Thank you so much to the very polite staff for such quick and easy service. My phone had an issue and I went from my phone service carrier, to the maker of the phone, and last here and they were able to get me in not only speedy quick but to be able to troubleshoot and pin point the issue. Highly impressed.

They may be able to fix everything but the price they charge is mind blowing. I understand they have to earn a living. But we too could not afford a new one and that is why we try to fix. With that price you charge I better get a new one

I went to 2 other phone repair stores to get my phone screen replaced. Both had a wait time of 3-5 days. I went to uBreakiFix at 5pm and they closed at 7pm. They started the repair immediately and had repair completed before closing time. I am very happy with the repair. I will go back for any future that repairs. Great job.

It would have been nice to only have to wait without my phone for the fix. Instead I dropped it off for 6 hours. I agreed to it so it was on me. I didn't realize how much information was on my phone until I didn't have it. I needed a phone number for an appointment during that 6 hour window and didn't have it which was a bit of a concern getting connected. Oh well. Meanwhile if I have to get my phone fixed again, I'll be sure to take any info off of it I may need first. The phone is like new and I'm thrilled. Thanks.

Stopped in with no appointment and within 5 minutes they'd replaced my phone's screen protector for free.I bought the phone and screen protectors from the Fort Collins Best Buy a couple of months ago. I went into the Fort Collins Best Buy on three separate occasions over the last couple of weeks to have Geek Squad replace the screen protector. Twice I stood in line for 5 - 10 minutes and was blatantly ignored by both the Geek Squad & Best Buy employees at their respective service counters. The third time I was "helped" by a Geek Squad employee. I didn't have an appointment, but there was no one else there. I was told I need to make an appointment. I asked if we could just make one right then/if he could just schedule an appointment for me, and I was told no & I'd have to download the Best Buy App and make an appointment through it. Terrible service at the Fort Collins Best Buy.

Definitely wasted my time. I set up an appointment 2 weeks in advanced filled out the information on the web said I needed a new screen and all that just to drive up here on a 3 hour trip from nebraska just for them to tell me they don't have the screen lol pretty pointless to make an appointment with this place. They couldn't even send me a message or phone call to let me know before the appointment. 100% do not recommend.

Worst experience ever! I got a bad screen installed that now they won’t replace as it’s out of warranty. They admitted it was a faulty part but still won’t cover it. Worst service ever, better use your neighborhood phone repair person

I brought my Flip3 phone to the Ft Collins store because it was stuck on "Safe Mode". They had the phone for about 3 hours and diagnosed it to be the phone case was holding the volume button down which was causing it to stay in that mode. When I picked it up, they told me they didn't do anything but adjust the case - "No Charge". I was really surprised by this because, like so many other service oriented businesses, they could have easily charged a minimum fee just for spending time on it. uBreakiFix will be getting my business and I will spread the word to people I know. I was very impressed!

Firstly Dillion is the man!!!We visited Best Buy yesterday and they said our iPad was broken. We should replace it. ?We went over to uBreakiFix…. Turned out a part of the charger had broken off and was lodged into the charging port.A pair of tweezers and voila…. Dillion saved the day!!!!Great experience, honest, friendly, highly recommended. Great job!

Being a certified service center for both Google and Apple I would expect more professional work. I brought my new phone in under Google warranty to replace volume buttons. The tech told me when they got the part, it would be a same day quick fix. When I left the phone they were busy and said the next day, and they didn't have any loaner phones. The next day the tech called because he broke my screen housing and ordered another. When installing that he found out the screen was now broken to. Waiting another day they were able to get me my phone back. The camera module was not cleaned before reassembly so there is now some white debris in my camera module, along with my microphone no longer works. I will not be returning, and I will share my story with as many people as possible. If you have the opportunity to get your phone/device serviced elsewhere, I HIGHLY recommend it.. volume button fell out causing: 4-5 days of having no cellular device to only get a broken phone back in the end. (P.s. it was the manager who put my phone back together and when I mentioned the camera debris he said: "oh I didn't notice that" and didn't offer a fix) truly unprofessional. Update: nobody reached out to apologize or address this, even after very many formal bad reviews.

My phone was overheating. They told me it was the battery and that they could replace it. Then they called back after having my phone for several hours and said that the only battery they had in stock was also bad. On the plus side, they didn’t charge me anything, just gave my problematic phone back. I took it somewhere else and they said it wasn’t the battery; it was the Power Control Module or something like that. They said it was totaled, so I bought a different phone and stuck the hot one on a shelf for a while. Then another OS update came out. Magically, it now doesn’t overheat. But then I noticed a different problem: when I shook the phone gently, I could feel the battery sliding around. I took the phone to an Apple certified place to run a diagnostic and check out the internal components to see if the overheating had caused any issues. Everything was fine. No battery problems, no damage. Just no adhesive on the battery because this place didn’t put any on.

To start, I want to say that the attendant at the desk was very polite and friendly. That said, the service was a complete joke. I was sent here by Samsung customer support after diagnosing a software issue with my Galaxy Watch 5 Pro online. Samsung gave me a ticket number and appointment time. When I arrived, they had no knowledge of the appointment or ticket number, and joked that they never do.When I started describing the issue, the attendant went to the back, where clearly someone more knowledgable on the subject couldnt be bothered to come to the front of the store. I listened as they listed off trivial diagnostic steps to the attendant, and said they dont bother with watches. When I asked if they could pull diagnostic data off my watch, I was told their tool was broken. Finally, when asking how I could elevate the problem with Samsung, they didnt know.As a "Samsung Authorized Service Center" (as their signs proudly state) this was completely unacceptable. I drove 40 mins to this store for not even 5 minutes worth of their effort to "diagnose" the issue. They didn't even look at or touch my device. I'll be reporting the experience to Samsung. It was a complete waste of my time.
