The GM here is really rude I went in with my friend and asked her for help she rudely said what do you need help with and we just wanted to know if they had the product we were looking for in the back she said she didn’t know and I had to ask her to go check a few minutes later she came back and we had asked her for help in finding another product and she rudely pointed and said it’s back there and walked away. This wasn’t the only time I went in with my boyfriend and we witnessed her treat another employee poorly. She never smiles or makes us feel welcomed in the store when we go in and regular customers. She also abuses her role thinking she has more power to over her employees I was checking out when the cashier said she needed her managers help and it almost seemed like she didn’t wanna ask her for help like if she was scared.

This place has a rude lady there She has dark hair and glasses she’s a manager. I believe her name is Laura ,She’s so unprofessional and unpleasant to not only customers but to employees. That’s why a lot of employees quit this job! She makes it a very hostile environment. She should not be working there at all. She sucks at her job! Do better Ulta!

The GM manager here is rude!!! I witnessed her treating an employee poorly. She was coming off aggressive, to the point where the employee was wanting to cry. I have a hard time supporting a business where the manager treats their employees like this. Something needs to be done about this and I don’t think anyone will stand up to this manager! She needs to be fired!!! Do better Ulta!!!

Today, I was stunned by the audacity of the cashier.She rang up my items up without asking permission if I was interested like any other store like home goods, etc. for a store creidt card, she proceeds to do it without permission.Meaning she stated that my ulta account needed verification and my driver licence.I was taken back, and she stated there is alot identity theft with ulta app and they need verify it was the actual person on account that was checking out .I felt stupid not asking for the store manager.I don't know if there promised of a hugh cut for all store clerks on all credit cards approved in store .I have credit monitoring on all accounts, so it didn't go through.I am piss the way she implemented it without permission, totally insane.Calling the manager on Monday.

I have never visited an Ulta salon before, but was in town for my engagement pictures, and wanted my hair curled as I’m not the best at doing it myself. Ashely H was incredible! She was so friendly, helpful, and made me feel the best for our photos. Thank you, Ashley!

I tried to shop there yesterday but when I told the cashier that I did not need to give her my phone number, the cashier next to her starting acting like she was in charge and pressed me harder to give it to her. Then when I said I m fine , just want to pay , she laughed and asked the next customer her phone number to enter it in my transaction!
How rude is that ? No respect for customer!
I feel like I should be free to decide to who and when I share my phone number!
I left the store and went to shop at Sephora !

I love this place because it's fun to check out priducts, but I have to wait to find deals because of how insanely expensive everything is. It was $13 minus tax for a single, very small container of 1 eyeshadow color from one of the cheapest brands last time I was in there! I mean Jesus, really?? Most of this stuff is on Amazon for half the price people!

I have had troubles most of my life trying to find a good stylist. Ashley H. is amazing! She truly listens, keeps the entire appointment so positive, and has been the only stylist I’ve wanted to go back to, for a long time. Thank you Ashley!! Ulta isn’t just for makeup, they’re stylists are unbelievable 🤗

Me and my mom went here a couple of weeks ago to look at some products to buy. We were helped by Annie. There was a fragrance deal going on with samples and a $15 gift card inside. My mom and I were ecstatic about the deal and gift card until we found out that the gift card could only be applied to one of the sample perfumes at a $50 or more price point. We felt that we were lied to and not told the full details.
We were ready to check out with one of the cashiers and then she just rudely took off to the front of the store and didn’t even acknowledge to us that she was going to be working the front and that someone else was going to help us. None of the other cashiers greeted us at check out and we just awkwardly walked up. Our cashier didn’t provide good customer service skills at all. I had already mentioned that I was going to use my credit card and the cashier still asked me like she didn’t hear me the first time. I was trying to see if I had any coupons and she literally didn’t want to help at all and just stood there in silence like a statue. It made me and my mom feel uncomfortable and like our presence was bothering them (mind you we were being pleasant and not being difficult customers).
After that awkward check out my mom just wanted to make sure she got the gift card in the perfume kit when she asked one of the other cashiers she just said “It should be in the bag” with a tone of attitude and passive aggressiveness.
Unfortunately we will not be attending this specific Ulta again because we were lied to and felt unwelcome being there 😣

I went in to just get some hair gel and the employee with half yellow and half blue hair literally would not let me check out without giving my phone number. I clicked the “skip” option on the checkout screen and she then began to argue with me that I needed to give a number to checkout despite “skip” being an option. This exchange repeated itself and went on for about a minute with the each exchange of words on her part more contentious than the last. It was literally the dumbest conversation I have ever been apart of— just let me make my purchase and go on with my day. I’ve never seen an employee display such asinine behavior. This is the last time I go here and I’ll have my wife and her friends do the same. Good luck staying in business with people like that working for you.

Alyse is amazing. She gave me the best cut I have had in twenty years. Hair is 4c ethnic worn both curly and straight. Hair is quite long and difficult to cut. My style is perfect both ways. Alyse makes this world a more beautiful place.
