I had a single shipment of 8 packages. They will not except more than 5 packages. Remember this at Christmas and ship them somewhere else if you have lots of packages. They suggested my only option was take them home, cancel the shipment. Create 2 shipments and then drop the 2 separate shipments off at 2 locations... Seriously? Asinine. I ship 60-100 shipments (200-300 boxes) a year with 90% of them international. Some shipments cost $1000's individually. Fedex isn't afraid of 8 packages and will take my money.

This franchise is under new management and it’s very evident. Staff wear wonderful smiles and are truly upbeat. Bright voices greet you as you walk through the door and the service is very efficient and professional. The lines never stay long (if they are long) and those behind the counter are impressive in dealing with what could be a very stressful scenario. I no longer avoid UPS. I feel like there have been big changes and I’m so grateful for the wonderful individuals who work there. A+! :)

I went in for notary help. Brandon was very patient and kind although my documents took awhile! While there, the other team members were efficient and very polite and helpful. Very fast, efficient location!

This UPS store and all it's employees are SO helpful. They are usually very busy but never have a negative attitude and always have a smile and are helpful. I usually use the self service Kiosk which I recommend if you've already paid for a label. Very simple and no line, I highly recommend this location and I come quite a ways to come to this particular location.

Don't go here. They will try to charge you $3 to print out ONE piece of paper. I've NEVER had that at any other UPS store. Ridiculous. And a waste of time. The excuse they gave me was ups is a franchise and the owner can do whatever they want. So owner. Do better.

Extremely rude over the phone. Short, irritated responses, followed by being hung up on mid sentence when I was clarifying the information I would need.
