The people here do their absolute best not to assist you with anything.
They will lie right to your face make up random requirements for things and in other ways browbeat you into them not having to do their job.
This is absolutely insane, because when you agree to do a job in a customer service position it is your job to actually try to find ways to help your customers and not alienate them.
Not to lie right to your customers face not to make up charges to give them and not to insist that you can't do something when it is literally your entire job.
I've been doing business with ups for over a decade and this is the third time that I've gone to this specific store and somebody there has tried very very hard to lie to me and tell me they're not able to work. I recommend never going here again.
Update: for the record the specific thing this man told me he could not do at this store, the next UPS store in town did it without blinking and thanked me for coming in. Seriously don't go here.

I’m kicking myself for not remembering her name, but the young lass at the counter was a delight! We exchanging pleasantries and bantered a bit. Everything was easy with no hassle. UPS on the up n ups!🙏🏻

This UPS Store is the BEST in town! All of the employees are welcoming & so helpful during every visit. I need their services often and always approach Ishna. She always assists me with a smile which I appreciate greatly.

Ishma & Andrew are the best! When we were turned away by another area UPS store for what we have since learned was a pretty simple request, they helped us out in super efficient, friendly, and warm way! We will be visiting this location for all of our UPS needs moving forward. Would highly recommend!

I have had a UPS box for over 10 years and use the UPS address as my mailing address. So I receive all my mail and packages there, and sent packages out as well. The staff as always been helpful.
Ishma, one of the staff, stands out as very knowledgeable, helpful, and cheerful Waiting in line I have seen her work with other customers and she treats all customers in a similar fashion. There has been a lot of turnover at the store as I'm sure is usual in this type of business. Ishma has been there longer than most and I hope she stays.

Very lazy, unwilling to help my wife with returns, told her that she had to use self serve only. While self serve is convenient for most, actual service should still be valued.

This store has hard, working friendly staff! I have been in here a few times on my lunch hour the past few months and it's always consistent. Today, they were quite busy (line to the door) and the one staff member working (i believe her name is Echo) was moving people along as quickly as they could and kept letting people know they could use the self help line for amazon returns, which I ended up using. Props to the staff for being efficient and always positive! Also, this store is very clean always!

UPS store is VERY lucky to have Echo. They went ten extra miles to make sure my package was sent out with care.
