I just visited this location and I swear I will never leave US Bank. I have been having a ton of issues with fraud lately and HUGE shoutout to Chris who was so amazing in helping me get things resolved. As soon as I said I was having fraud issues and was confused he immediately sat down and went through my whole account with me. He was very patient with me, listened to and fully answered all my questions, got me new cards and got my money back, and did everything he could do to help me secure my account. I am so impressed with how helpful he was and I feel so much better about the security of my account now. I could go on and on, I can't say enough good things about Chris and I am so grateful!

I always have a good experience at this U.S. Bank. The tellers are usually quick and attentive, and have always been helpful explaining things, regarding my accounts. Recently I needed some help with setting up a new account, and the experience made me want to leave a review.Zach Carr really knows his stuff, and always makes me feel like he is my own personal banker. I could go to the other locations in town, but this one is my preferred branch. Thanks for taking care of me, I've been a customer for 13+ years and don't plan on going anywhere. 5 stars for sure.

The ATM at this location ate my money and didn't deposit it into my account. Now I have to wait 10 days while they investigate. The employees didn't seem to care, and meanwhile, I have no access to my cash. I'll be closing the account once this is cleared up. Replying to this about how I can contact you to resolve this isn't helpful. I've already come in 2xs and called 4xs. Maybe you should call me since it's your mistake.

Stood in line behind 4 other people today to make a business deposit. When I get up to the counter, teller tells me I have to drop off my deposits and come back in 5 hours to pick them up. I waited in line already, now they want me to wait an additional 5 hours. Bad service at Howes location.

Everyone in this building just stands there and has the expectation that it is someone else's job to help you... and even when you get help you have to go online or use there worthless app to do anything... I don't even know why I do busness banking with them but that is ending this month...

The ATM here has taken my money three times on separate occasions without depositing it. Filing a claim to get reimbursed takes up to 45 days to process. The general response feels like it's my problem because I used an ATM for a service they offer. I would not deposit money after hours if not completely necessary and the response feels apathetic.

Opened a business account with them. Got a ton of false information and now the checks for my business are under a 5 day hold each time. They want ya to wait 6 business days to access your hardearned money. Ontop of charging fees for deposits.. I strongly suggest not holding your money with these folk. I plan to close all my accounts and cease business with em.

Edit to two stars: It took over 6 calls and a trip to this branch to get to the bottom line: The fault was on U.S. Banks end, and they finally are taking measures to correct it. I am not editing my original review below, as I find it to be accurate still. Editing to two stars as I was finally contacted. I hope these types of problems are corrected in the future. The amount of effort it took to correct a fault on their end - unacceptable.U.S. Bank will admit fault and do nothing to correct it. Go ahead and have records of their mistakes and they will challenge you to fix it. Zero accountability in record keeping, contact, or money management.Extremely likely to provide you services that will lose you time, money, and sanity. There is a reason this banking institution is rated as one of the lowest in the industry. Shameful.

This branch truly offers above and beyond service. The banker whom assisted us, Fred Sanchez, was exceptionally helpful and streamlined the process of opening the our checking and savings accounts.

Need more after hours ATMS u am diabetic and couldn't get money out for breakfast so I had to let my blood sugar go hours tell the actual bank opened

I have been to this branch twice since moving and they have screwed up both transactions. The most recent time, they lost a paycheck and suggested it was my fault.I wouldn’t use this branch
