Was threatened by staff that they would personally remove me from the building for complaining about my experience with someone who was standing behind me in line. There is no sign saying anything about this rule in the building... and the staff continued to talk s#!+ as I laughed in his face and asked for his managers card. I told them that if it they wanted to do that, they were more than welcome to call the police as I did nothing wrong and just wanted my money from them that they had hinderd axsess to(I have a 15,000 dollar a day removal limits). I did not threaten anyone or use foul language. The staff and management of this bank need to be dealt with. Threatening people just because they are mad at the fact you lied to them as a company is illegal... withholding funds is illegal... I have a business account that runs over 20,000.00 dollars a job through this account and am actively canceling my account due to this experience.... will be calling the bank manager and Corp as soon as possible to keep his threatening staff away from the public, hopefully...Just so you know the manager I not removing the staff member that has done this. The guy just lied about what he said the management at this place seems to be the problem...

Don't ever try and go through a loan here. I have been working on getting a SBA loan through them for 5 weeks now. Jared was the one who was suppose to be helping me get it all done and he never kept up with what he said he was going to be doing or keeping me up to date on any of it. Come to find out he buried my paper work and was never working on the loan. I will be finding a new bank to be going through for both my personal banking and my business.

Been banking here for over 20 years and I should have left them 19 years ago. Absolutely the worst management I have dealt with. DO NOT BANK HERE! I was a victim of a scam in which someone wrote a fraudulent check. They cleared the check, then later determined it was a fraud (after I spent some of the money). Absolutely no help from them. They even told me (through 3 different individuals) that everything was cleared up and my checking account was in good standing. Then with no warning, they closed ALL my accounts. And charged me fees associated with that. The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing and they have no regard for customer service.

I opened an account here with my wife. She had banked here for 10+ years prior to this. A couple weeks after opening the acct, I took a check in from my job to cash it. The brunette woman at the drive up window refused to cash it. She treated me like I was human trash and I was trying to scam her. Ive never been treated so badly at a bank. I’m doing my real banking elsewhere.

I’ve been going to the Horsetooth branch for over a decade. I love this bank and the employees there. Everyone always goes above and beyond what is expected in customer service.

I have been using this bank for many years now and they have always been willing to help. Sure some of US Bank's policies are strict, but this branch and their employees have always been willing to help me and waive fees as they are able.

They told me I can open an account for free. I asked if there were going to be any monthly fees to keep that account. They said yes. I told them I wouldn't bank with them if I had to pay any fees for maintenance or any other additional fees. They said they could work out a plan for me and I won't be charged anything for my account. No maintenance fees, no paper fees, and no account fees to keep the account open. But then a month after opening an account, I started being charged maintenance fee. They lie and add fees once you have an account. I signed the papers for no fees and now I'm being charged them. My wife went in to address some fraudulent charges on her account, and the processing on charges from her cancelled card to her new acct. The charges originally were pending when the card was cancelled after being stolen. After the card was cancelled the pending charges disappeared and did not go back into the available balance. After she activated her new card, the funds came out of the acct, so she was charged twice. The banker was rude, and told her they "weren't ghost charges". Well duh! They were pending on 4/30 and then disappeared and came back out on 5/18! The banker was patronizing and would not listen and now she has been charged over $300+ twice. These practices are predatory and should be illegal. I will also be calling the bank manager to address the behavior of the personal banker. Unacceptable when my wife has banked with US Bank for over 10 years.

Just went into the bank and had a question about a pending deposit. The person who helped me refused to look into my account and answer any questions about why there is a six day hold on the deposit. I was very taken back by her refusal to do her job.

I don't even have an account here and they were the worst to deal with. My father passed away suddenly and there was fraud on his accounts. JT never tried to help me through closing the accounts, or the fraud. I guess he was too busy with other stuff to help or redirect me to someone who could. The bad service I got made me go to a different branch who helped me tremendously and how it should've been handled in the first place. Such a disappointment in a customer relations business.

The district manager called me over an issue with an employee posing as management and refusing me service. Chris also told me that I can't put money into another persons account without being on that account. I've banked with US bank for over 10 years, this has never been a problem. I definately wouldn't suggest banking with these folk. The management in Colorado seem to find no fault with fraudulent claims from their employees or helping their customers.

Love the convenience. US bank is everywhere. Easy ATM and App. Only had a couple interactions with their personal bankers and they were all friendly and helpful. Quick and accurate teller help!You can find better rates elsewhere, but overall this is a good bank!

The ATM is right when you walk in. It allows you to get smaller bills or just 20s. Great banking experience and bankers. They are very nice, welcoming and knowledgeable. Everything you need out of a bank and bankers. I like their mobile website and app on the phone. It works great and you can see everything you need to, managing and navigating is super easy.

I spoke to someone on the phone who was going to look into waving our over draft fees. We were charged $120 and I called to see if we could get a partial wave. We are small business owners, Covid is taking a toll on our business so we’re struggling as it is. I called this branch twice to see if there was anything we could do.The man I talked to on the phone told me he would call me back without even asking my name or phone number so I called back to give it to him. I never received a call back.So unprofessional and not for the people. If you need Covid assistance, don’t count on US bank. They clearly needed my money as a million dollar corporation more than my family & small business.You have effected us more than you know. It’s only $120 but it was a matter of us paying bills or not.
