“Ok. So, I know nothing about cars. However, what I did know is that I wanted either a forester or outback Subaru. The entire prospect of looking for a reliable used car was daunting to say the least. I spent weeks exploring FB marketplace, small to large car dealerships that either carried used vehicles or had used vehicles in their current inventory, and Craigslist. Mostly I was disheartened at every turn. With every listing that led me to a dealership I would do the deep dive into reviews submitted by previous clients. Most were iffy at best, and many were so negative I was amazed that they were still in business. My search only made me more apprehensive, that was until I came across Cutting Edge.Family owned was a plus. Exceptional reviews from actual clients that mentioned even if there was an issue once said clients drove off the lot, Cutting Edge responded in a timely manner and set things right. After finding a car that interested me, I made my way to their business. The entire experience was beyond my expectations. The attention to detail, the willingness to answer my questions, and the honesty and integrity shown by both Cjay and Kevin was incredibly surprising and appreciated. There was absolutely no hard sell. I took a couple of days to make my final decision and was given great in-person reviews from other locals (including by my next-door neighbor) which helped push me over the finish line.Funny aside, once I was completing my paperwork a woman sitting in the office waiting on her oil change said over her shoulder, "you will be happy, these guys will take good care of you."Shopping for a used Subaru? He was very honest and helpful and fixed the few things on the car that I asked for before I bought it. He and his wife, Erin, are such kind and good down-to-earth people. If the car needs something after you buy it, Hussein will help the best he can or get help for you elsewhere. They really try to work with you if you have special circumstances.
