Everyone from Barry and Nicole (owners), Eddie the orchestra leader, and Wyatt the diesel guy. Top notch. Hands down. Price was going to be high, but they worked with me and kept me busy informed every step of the way. Even if you’re in Denver, it’s worth it to drive 30 minutes. The list can go on forever! My vehicle just needed an A/C compressor to be replaced and every mechanic in town and even in Cheyenne was quoting absurd prices of $2.6k-$3k+. I reached out to Ricky after a friend recommended him and he only quoted $1.2k. Not only was this more than reasonable but Ricky went above beyond to fix the issue quickly and with care. If you need a reliable and knowledgeable mechanic, Ricky is your guy!”

“I have relied on Hawker’s automotive since late 1990’s. They have always delivered exemplary care and maintenance for our vehicles. They are great people, understanding, helpful, reasonably priced and they don’t fix something that is not broken. I have had two examples of this. We had a son who was going to college in Colorado Springs at the time. He took his car to an auto mechanic in the Springs and they quoted him a price of $4500 to repair all the items they thought needed to be done. I told him that since he was coming home for Christmas break in a week that we needed to get an opinion from Hawker’s as to what needed to be repaired. The bill went down to under $1000. Just this week our car stopped driving when we were near the airport. I had it towed to Hawker’s. The tow company said that it was probably an alternator. We were also having problems with the air conditioner. Hawker’s figured with an alternator and a coolant flush that the bill would be about $950. Imagine to my very pleased surprise when they called and said all they needed to do was replace 1 belt that had broken. Another one was needing to be replaced soon. The bill was $225. They could’ve replaced the alternator and I would be none the wiser but that’s not who they are. They’re honest, reliable, caring people. They will always have my business. If you want it done right, go to Hawker’s.”

I initially reached out to A&B about getting a quote for a headlight bulb replacement, but unfortunately, I never heard back after my initial inquiry. I was disappointed with the lack of communication.
However, the owner, Calvin, eventually reached out to me personally, addressed the situation, and made things right. I really appreciate him taking the time to follow up and make sure the issue was resolved.
Communication is important, and while there was a misunderstanding and delay, I respect a business owner who takes responsibility and makes an effort to correct things. Thank you, Calvin, for making things right. I appreciate it and would be happy to give A&B another opportunity in the future. Thanks again Calvin!”
