I was just here trying to ship a package that was my first sale in my new company. I had no idea what I was doing so I went in to ask for help. The lady in there proceeded to make fun of me for not knowing anything and even explained to me the definition of a flexible package while shoving it in my face like I was a toddler, she said “see how it bends, this means its flexible” in an extremely patronizing manor. All I wanted was some help and now I dont know where to go to get it because I am afraid of them just making fun of me again. I had to cancel and refund my first ever order because the lady chose to not help me but yell and make fun of me. Really sad day for me.

The staff person named Ed was really nice and kind to us but their postal driver just lost and falsely claimed to have delivered my Federal Priority mail document worth $2000. We don't even have a parcel locker at our address.
upd: Jamesina and Ed were really helpful today and understanding but I'm really sad that my sensitive info is just lost out there somewhere :(

The door for the 24 hour self service kiosk is locked, an empyee came to the door and said it's locked because of the homeless yet the door to the post mail boxes on the other end of the building is open and we could not use the kiosk. Why advertise a 24 hour service if your going to deny it?

I’m on my second package just not delivered, can’t take my visa debit card for redelivery (or literally anyone else’s?) and the package before that was broken into and everything was taken out of it, I still got the box and a “oopsie daisy!!” Note. Getting absolutely ridiculous I avoid mailing at all costs now ✌️

Worst customer service I have ever add in my life!Constant attitude from the empoyees. Even when your nice and trying to be helpful and kind. They act like your an inconvenience to them and give you attitude. They talk bad about previous customers after they have left. Then turn it around and say your the problem and giving attitude. When you literally offer the read off the tracking so it would be easier for them. The older lady that always works the second to last desk really need to be written up or just be straight up fired. No one deserves to be belittled, talked down too and treated the way she treats customers.

Terrible costumer service, I ended up having an issue with the package that I was sending out because the person who was supposed to be helping was unwilling to respond to my questions. This is one of the places that people make you feel like you showing up at the office is the worst thing that happened to them all day.

Great location in the heart of
Old Town Fort Collins, Colorado. Plenty of parking and always a friendly staff which for some odd reason has always been a knock on postal workers. There’s not usually a wait but every once in a while just like every other business out there, they get busy.
