They completely refused to help me with a warranty replacement. I've always had positive experiences with Verizon personnel until now. This was the most negative experience I've ever had with any cell phone company in my entire life.

I had to get a new phone last week after my old one had one been dropped one too many times.
Logan helped me figure out the smartest way for me to get a new phone and make my monthly payments as low as possible. He was extremely quick, yet diligent, in making sure that every base was covered and every detail thought through.
He helped me appreciate the importance of several accessories, but didn't push me when I informed him I already had a plan for them.
If you want a rep who is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and willing to go the extra mile to see that you're taken care of, go see Logan!

Came in to enquire about a hotspot device and walked out with 4 new lines and phones, plus I never felt forced into anything.
Logan was an excellent salesperson and extremely helpful.
Let's see how good the Verizon cellular network is in the coming weeks.

I upgraded three lines and was told that my old line was going to be canceled. This place never canceled my extra lines and I was charged for many months to come. They told me that it would take months for Verizon to situate my bill, so I waited. After a year went by, the bill wasn't situated and Verizon would only refund me for six months. This company totally screwed me for six months of extra funds to the tune of about $1000.

Chuck H did a great job setting up new phone now I hope the promotion and billing gets finalized Verizon said it could take up to two to three billing cycles I have my fingers crossed
