Was talked into trying the home internet as a "Trial" only to be told right as I am about to sign everything that it would cost $50 that would be tacked onto my bill in a month. I said I wasn't cool witht hat and then was pretty much guilt tripped into signing the paper. Was told, It is only $50. So I took it home, then had issues canceling it and returning the device. We finally figurewd out how to get it canceled and returned and would later find out that the canceled my insurance in order to pay for that device. I lost moy Iphone on a vacation and i only had 2 more payments left but since the cancelled the insurance, I am no longer able to upgrade my phone and have to pay for a new iphone. This makes zero sense and I will be in the store confronting the lady about this situation. She was a total scam artist. I came in to buy a damn biy a phone charger and ended up with this head ache.

I had Verizon for 18 years. I switched because the price was beginning to get too expensive. Phone service seems to be one of those "you get what you pay for" experiences. Upon trying to switch back to Verizon, I went in the store and presented the salesperson with an email I had received after leaving giving either a discount on a phone or on the bill. At first she said I could only do that online. Then spoke to her manager and said she could do it in store. Then she couldnt explain to to me how it would be applied to my bill, but assured me I should see it afyer several billing cycles. After being a loyal customer for over 18 years, leaving then coming back, I couldn't get financing if I was the account holder. My husband applied to be the account holder (never been an account holder and my credit is better than his) and he was approved for financing. I asked for a 256gb phone. Upon getting home, I realized the phone I received was only 128gb. Useless when I currently have 170gb of data on my existing phone. I was told my number would port over and it could take up to two days. Upon returning to the store and waiting nearly two hours to be helped, it was discovered the porting process to bring our phone numbers over was never initiated. We've been at the store for nearly 3 hours today with two small kids and still have no resolutions.
All in all, this has been the worst experience. At this point, smoke signals might be a better way of communicating.

Incredibly rude staff. When I went to shut off my recently deceased uncle's phone service, I was asked for his phone number or SSN. I told them I didn't know them off the top of my head, and the red-headed male rep cut me off and said "well I can't help you then." Taken aback and frustrated, I said "you need to give me a second to look his number up in my phone." He raised his voice and said "you don't need to be rude", even though he was the person who cut me off and said he couldn't help me after I told him my relative just died. Disappointing.

Terrible quality and a rip-off on all levels. All 4 of the staff I have dealt with are either dishonest or incompetent and 1 is highly passive-agressive. Transferring service was a disaster that took 3 store visits and several hours on the phone. Removing a phone number I did not request was a hassle too and it turns out the e-sim they said (numerous times) does not disappear after all. After 55 days of service, I still do not see the guaranteed discounts on my bill. Higher priced services should bring higher quality customer service. It is not the case here. Maybe it is because I brought my own phone or did not sign up for the most expensive plan or because I am not an idiot who fumbles with tech, but I am already planning to switch to another provider. It cannot get any worse than this clown circus.

Refused to try and fix my phone but instead tried to upsell me and have me add a new line and phone onto my plan. They do not care about the customers at all. All they want to do is sell. Plus the girl helping me was completely rude and obnoxious. Took my phone to a different store and they resolved the issue in 30 seconds. Do not go to this store.

UPDATE: Instead of escalating this for further review, seems the store went ahead and cancelled my original help ticket with no resolution. So after we were supposed to get a promotional gift card for having the home internet for 90 days, and we didn't, I called and Verizon put in an internal help ticket (AYS ticket). An in-store follow-up visit 5 business days later prompted the original review. Apparently someone at the store actually did get onto the account later then just went ahead and closed the ticket without action after this conversation with no notification to us. Absolutely unbelievable.
Don't bother going to this store to have any issues resolved. Spoke with Michelle, she didn't even look up my account. Basically said to wait 10 days before bothering her. I've never encountered such a poor show of customer service in my 8 years of being a Verizon customer. Get this girl some more training or a different job!

Kyle was my salesperson. He was so busy trying to sell me something I did not want or ask for that he messed up the order I was placing. He also recommended I go get a mobile got spot somewhere else because it was a lot of paperwork! He took forever as he asked me NO LESS than 9 times about switching my phone service. He wasted my entire lunch. He is so pushy, that he pushed me right out and I'm cancelling the service for the hot spot the second I can. Since, he completely messed up the order anddd their automated phone does not actually work or transfer you or connect you, I now have to go spend another trip to their location. I was a first time Verizon customer, sent by the manager at Best Buy for their great service (LOL!!!) and instead of making a new customer, y'all got a 1 star review. You should try watching the video from the store and look at our interaction. It would be very telling so you would know this is a real, valid complaint and not someone having a bad day. Ijs.

Purchased the insurance. First they said we didn't have it. Then when we pushed they looked and found it. Asked for help and they said the insurance is through a different company and we had to file there. We asked if they could help us transfer info from he old phone to the new and they said go to the fix it shop. Honestly what good are they! five employees sitting round and no one knew how to help Horrible customer service.. Ill just buy online for now. I see this store gets a lot of the same complaints to bad customer service, that comes down to bad management. Maybe the franchise owner needs to clean house.

Went in struggling with a transfer of service and while they were not able to do it for me, Joel and a couple others at this store were very helpful in getting me through the process! Great customer service.
