I have been dealing with them for months because they put in a fake address so I can get internet service. Now they are charging me for a box that they sent to a fake address and the box to return the old one too that has been going to a fake address. Thanks Verizon for the integrity of using a fake address to get me internet that I should have never had. You cost me so much money and time.

I just bought a new phone and after a few days I needed a few questions answered about the phone and was told they couldn't help me they only sell phones. They said I needed to go to Best Buy to get help. What ever happened to customer service?

I took my 75 year old dad to upgrade his phone Gio was the person who helped us. By help I mean belittle my dad and myself the whole time we were there. He was very rude and disrespectful. He ended helping another customer while I did his job and transfer my dads phone to the new one. He was more concerned about time than taking care of his customers. I’m a preschool teacher and if I would have talked to them the way he talked to us I wouldn’t have a job.

The Manager is extremely rude.Wanted to charge me thirty (30) Dollars for asking questions!!! I've been with Verizon since 2006, A Loyal Customer and was shocked at how I was treated. I'm changing to Xfinity!

I came into this store for help shutting off the find my iPhone feature so I could send it into get repaired. The gal told me it was not her problem. She said if I needed a phone right away I would have to go to Best Buy. I have a business account so that is not possible. She was incredibly snotty and unprofessional. I told her I could take my business of 13 years with Verizon somewhere else and she told me to get after it. So guess what, I went to t mobile and my bill was cut in half!! I also have verizon cameras in 15 semis. Guess what!! Samsara here I come!!!! Way to go Verizon customer service! I was spending over $1000 per month between the two services!

This Verizon is for real. All I want when I go to a phone store is to handle business and get out. You add friendly service and BOOM! This store embodies that. I got a new phone in under 15 mins (maybe even 10). Sales person offered me all options but wasn't pushy. Turned my old phone in for $800 in under 30 seconds 3 weeks later. No joke! Perfection.

I had an outstanding experience with a Verizon employee, if I recall correctly, his name was Giovanni Gieco. Even though it was late, he stayed after hours to reach out to the main Verizon support to ensure I received the discount on my account. Despite clear signs of fatigue, he remained committed and professional. He meticulously double-checked every detail, and I am thankful for his effort.

This place is a joke! No customer service skills. I made an appointment for issues with my bill after waiting on hold for a million years with the 800 number- to finally get someone on the phone and they didn’t speak English well enough to be understood. So I go into the store thinking… they could probably help me better- & the store manager is some 25 year old punk who obviously can’t stand his job, and told me he couldn’t help and I needed to call the 800 number. Quiet honestly, Verizon sucks ! I hate talking to people I’m different countries where I can’t understand them because their accent is so heavy. HIRE AMERICAN PEOPLE- And the only reason I’m not canceling my service is because my husband. So with that being said, if you need help DO NOT GO TO THE LOCATION BY THE MALL.

Walked in to get my voicemail and account security pin changed. First person helped tall guy with long hair, voicemail reset. They tell me to call 611 to change to change pin. Automated line hangs up twice on me which I told it would, it wants the security pin to change the pin. Go back in and Michelle helps me. I explain and she has a lot of smart remarks, patience is key, do you want your transfer code now? I never raised my voice I was irritated. Finally she gives me a new number to call to finally get a person who can help me.Congrats you have upheld the experience and reputation o lf a Verizon corporate store, I always go to an authorized retailer because they care about customer service. Going to a corporate Verizon store is like pulling teeth to get anything done.

Manager Brett is an excellent example to his employees. He is friendly, knowledgeable and provides good customer service. He spent nearly an hour with me working on getting my bonus for using Verizon's internet service in my home. He was patient and determined. Terrific experience for the 2nd time at this store.

Came in for help with my Samsung Galaxy Flip3 because the factory-installed screen protector is starting to bubble up for the second time in 2 years, first they told me to file a claim with a $100 deductible, then recommended I remove the screen protector, which Samsung states not to do in the manual. I was also recommended an aftermarket 2-piece screen protector, which leaves a gap, defeating the purpose of the one panel foldable display. Awful customer service at this location. Seeking other, actual, solutions to my problem with Samsung support and cancelling "Verizon" Asurion Insurance.

Went in to find protective glass for my daughters Pixel 6. The store didn't have it so when I asked the girl what Verizon store had it all I got was "I don't know". When I asked if she could look to see what store had it she said no. She never offered to order it for us. She was unprofessional and frankly rude. I will never go back to that store.

This was a truly 5 star experience. Katrina was the best customer service representative for business I have had the pleasure of being assisted by. She was on point with my needs and was training several employees that were eager to learn and assisted multiple customers. This location was excellent.
