I called the store to see if I could be placed on a wait list in case an appointment canceled. Kesha called me same day and was able to get me in. My exam was flawless, I picked out some frames and the sales associate was genuine, patient, and thorough. I've been going here for a couple of years and will remain. Thank you all.

Needed a vision test for my driver's license renewal and the Visionworks team were polite, punctual, informative, and helpful. Scheduling was easy, office was clean and I learned quite a bit about my eyes too. Thank you Visionworks team!

Was very explicitly told that my insurance would cover the entirety of my glasses, and sold a list of upgrades because “my insurance would cover it.” Paid $150, which I was told was for the exam/contact fitting, and picked up the glasses without issue. Was then called (a week and a half after my appointment) and told I still owed $60 because they hadn’t charged me out for my exam. When I told them that they had charged me out, for $150, they said that was for the glasses that I’d been told were covered, because I’d gotten upgrades that I was told were covered. They chalked it up as a “miscommunication” and I was initially given 0 options. I am a pretty easy person to please, but this is nothing short of a scam. Whether accidental or not, they lied to my face to get me to purchase upgrades I never asked for, then somehow failed to charge me for my exam, and then failed to notice for a week and a half, and then called me demanding money I didn’t know I owed because they told me I didn’t. After I continued to push back saying the position they had put me in wasn’t okay, I was finally offered the option to return the glasses and get ones which my insurance would cover. Will most likely return them and then never set foot in that shop again and get them from somewhere honest. Genuinely the most crooked and borderline criminal service I’ve ever received.

Phil was absolutely fantastic and extremely helpful. I found a better price for contacts online, but because of his help with replacing my trial lenses (I was clumsy and ripped them) I will be ordering my contacts through Visionworks. Thanks Phil!

Making an appointment was very easy, I got lots of reminders about my appointment, filling out the admissions forms was quick. When I got to my appointment, I was checked in quickly, got to look at frames, then taken back. The exam was quick and thorough. The doctor was patient when putting the drops in my eyes to dilate and explained the side effects and how long they would last. Ordering my glasses and sunglasses was quick and easy. I was very happy with my entire experience!

Very straightforward. In and out fast. America’s Best didn’t want to listen to me when I told them that I didn’t need astigmatism contacts because it was so slight and they fit very uncomfortably. Visionworks gave me the ones without astigmatism Without me even having to tell them and they are SO comfortable! Outstanding service here. Highly recommend.

After struggling trying to figure out for a year, a problem with glasses and wearing four-year-old glasses. Phil went up and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of. The entire store, including the district manager, have all been amazing to make sure that I can see Without your vision, life is a challenge. These people made sure to make my life easier. Thank you

Unfortunately I do not recommend vision works. I clearly specified multiple times which contacts I wanted and they printed my prescription wrong twice in a row. The front desk staff is nice, but even if you schedule an appointment you have to wait.

Kendra is very judgemental and rude. Because I was shopping the pay it forward program. She was unkind and rude. She went to help someone else instead of helping me. Next time I will go somewhere else whether I can spend a $1000 or nothing, it's not worth my business. She made me feel degraded and unwelcome.

The front desk staff was kind and helpful. There are a large variety of glasses here at affordable prices. They did not try to force any expensive extras on me which I greatly appreciated. My only complaint is that the optometrist was not very caring. I expressed having more difficulty seeing at night and that it was pretty concerning for me, and this was sort of brushed off with no follow up questions or recommendations on how to help with that. She was nice enough but just didn't make me feel like I was a priority. Unfortunately I may seek out other eye doctors because of this.

I went to Visionworks to pick out my 1st pair of prescription glasses. The assistance I received, during this time, was fun, informative, and personal. I will definitely return to Visionworks when I have to renew my prescription.

After 15 years of wearing glasses/contacts, this was the fastest and most streamlined eye exam I’ve ever had. Even as a new patient, I was in and out in 45 minutes. I was able to get a same-day appointment when I desperately needed a new contact prescription and my usual doctor was booked out two months. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the space was clean and spacious. I would highly recommend!
