If I could give a ZERO, I would. I concur with others -- the pharmacy provides the absolute worst services. I've been waiting over two weeks for RX to be filled -- if I call in and get the automated response it says "it is in progress." When I speak with a pharmacist or tech, they tell they will have it ready later that day. Today after getting fed up "later today", I escalated my call and found that the medicine is not in stock and they have no idea when it is coming in. More than two weeks, and no one can tell when my RX will be ready. Thank goodness it is not life threatening!!!!

The pharmacist here is a joke. So incredibly unprofessional. Proceeded to laugh at my concern. The only time she showed any type of care was when I brought up money. Also, the drive thru is not as advertised !!!!

There is always over a 30 min wait to pickup something. After they’ve emailed that it’s ready, it’s only ready 50% of the time. Grumpy staff and they are understaffed.

If I could rate zero stars I would! Worst experience I have ever had. The pharmacist refused to dispense a cream for eczema! Not to mention it took them 4 hours to fill my prescription. Horrible. Should be shut down.

Yeah!!!! I no longer go to Walgreens on Drake. How many times did I go there to pick up my prescriptions and come away either empty handed or one or more script unfilled for one reason or another. One time I went for a vaccine but my appointment had not gone through. For once there was no crowd waiting in line. The employees were standing around with nothing to do. But...could they fit me in for the shot? You guessed it.....NO! Now I get my scripts sent to me and I could not be happier. Goodbye Walgreens!

Worst pharmacy ever. Wait in line. Pull up to the window sorry out today. You call is my prescription ready? Yes, you go inside. Oh well. It's going to take 10 or 15 minutes. Usually they're out. I'm switching to an online pharmacy

Do not go to the Walgreens Pharmacy at 2190 West Drake Road in Fort Collins. These people are absolutely incompetent they lose prescriptions they close early with no notice and in fact the whole store was closed yesterday. They have a critical medication that is needed that no one else has and because they're closed I cannot get it. The manager tried to call the pharmacist and only got the idiot's voicemail and he never responded. I will be filing a complaint with the Colorado state board of Pharmacy

Never again will I deal with this or any other wallgreens for any prescription. Over and over again they have not had prescriptions ready when they say they will and today they are closed during normal business hours with no warning and not even another wallgreens can fill it because there is nobody there to transfer the script.. I am just having an anxiety attack but what if it was asthma or a heart condition.... do those patients just hope not to die until the pharmacist decides to show up for work!?

I and was on hold for the pharmacy for 23 minutes, and then it started to ring and ring and ring and finally they just disconnected me. What a waste of time, don't waste yours going here.

This is hands down the worst pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with and I would give them 0 stars if I could. I transfered my scripts from another Walgreens because they were regularly closed during their open hours. After coming here I first had to go inside because their drive thru window was closed for about a month. After entering the pharmacy I found out all but one of their cash registers were down so I waited, and waited, AND WAITED, till nearly an hour had passed before I could get to the front of the line and receive help. Then today I asked to have a script filled and was told via the app it would be but then I found out they were temporarily closed today; a Wednesday, without any information as to when they will be open. I requested that the script be transferred to a walgreens in Denver because I was leaving town but the initial order never got canceled or transfered when using the app. Since the app didn't work I called which was my second mistake because after waiting nearly 15 minutes on hold they picked up and immediately hung up on me........ I'm not sure who trained the staff but it's generally poor business practice to leave your clients on hold and then hang up on them. The worst part is, this is the second time this pharmacy has hung up on me after I called and waited on hold but I am forced to go through them because they have a contract with my insurance company that requires me to go through them. If I could leave I would but I can't so the least I can do is warn everyone else to stay as far away from this pharmacy as humanly possible because they will never care about you and that is literally their job. If you can't do your job right maybe you shouldn't offer the service to begin with. At least then I could switch to a compitent pharmacy and get my pills when I actually need them. I really hope you treat others better because this is truly insulting to be treated in such a way repetitively.

The staff is nice enough, lines are long. Getting the doctor, insurance & pharmacy on the same page is hard enough. The pharmacists at this pharmacy changed my generic prescription to on brand multiple times which was not the way my Dr had written my script. Too bad for Walgreens but they’re the most disposable piece in the broken system so I’ll be going to another pharmacy in the future. It’s crazy to think the pharmacists will take it upon themselves to change prescriptions because a word is written in parenthesis.

I bought Some earbuds that I didn't like so I returned the earbuds in exchange for some jail studio wireless headphones I open the J lab studio wireless headphones noticing that the headphones were relatively dirty in the charging port was gone. I headed to my local Walgreens where I purchased these headphones to get this figured out and traded in for another set I went into the Walgreens and asked to trade these out because they came damage the Walgreens workers looked at my headphones said the charting point was gone and went to go discuss with their coworkers they open the wrong set of headphones the wired package and said that mine were missing a auxiliary cord when mine were clearly Bluetooth. I had to tell the Walgreens employees at those are the wrong headphones and to give me a return on the receipt it said that I had traded these in for the headphones I bought earlier that doesn't seem like a problem they the receipt should still function how it would normally function then the Walgreens employees came to me and said that they cannot give me a return or a refund they wasted my $40 and my two hours of time. I am 12 years old just trying to get some headphones and I had to pay my friend back $40 for something I cannot even use. Thanks Walgreens

I have had an easy time getting my medications here; the people here are super helpful both in person and on the phone, and have helped me with several questions and helped me save money by changing the frequency of my pick-ups! I also got my booster shot here today, and it was practically painless - I wish I got the name of the lady who gave it to me, because she did a beautiful job, and she was very nice to talk to!

Thank you Walgreens for teaching my little boy bad words. No class with your commercial. Them I came in to this store and one of the employees in the back was using the F word. Plenty of pharmacys out there. Not sure what the ownership is thinking. They aren't, the problem.
