This has got to be the most INCOMPETENT pharmacy I've ever dealt with! First time trying to fill a prescription (or visiting that store) because Cigna forced me there. After three visits, they "lost" the medication (invoice says they received it) and it would be three weeks until they could get more. Are you frickin' kidding me?! There were at least five people in line every time I went. Called the doctor's office and had the prescription transferred . . . how are they even still in business?!

I needed to put $10 of quarters onto my card so I can order Uber to my doctor appointment cashier insisted my mom is $20 it states in my app deposit limits is $5-$500/transaction! She refused. Now idk how I'm going to get to my diabetic dr appointment on time. She only wanted to stand and gossip with other employee.

Even though they are goin out of business and have so signage. It's small enough I found the bathroom within 1 minute. Then the CLEARLY marked signs about access times. And a little button that AUTOMATICALLY calls an employee to come unlock the door was amazing to see. And an employee was there in under 30 seconds let me in to do my business. I guess it seems so basic to me to want to use the bathroom while shopping. So anyplace that makes that simple and easy has their head on straight. I get the security in this town. To monitor who's going in and out.

I walked into this Walgreens tonight at 845. Granted they close at 9 but I came in to get one thing and stood there waiting for almost 10 minutes and workers were walking around and not one stopped to come check me out. I will go out of my way from now on to go to a different one. This would get zero stars if possible. Worst one I've been to yet.

Amy, who works in the pharmacy went out of her way to ensure I would walk out happier than I walked in. Very perceptive, very caring woman. Definitely will be keeping the Walgreens on Lemay as my normal pharmacy.

If there is a way to screw up your prescription order, this Walgreens pharmacy knows how! They will send you a text informing you that your prescription is ready to be picked up. When you get there, a) it has to be ordered, b) there are no refills left on your prescription, c) they only have enough for a partial refill, d) there is a problem with your insurance coverage. You ALWAYS have to make at least two trips to the store to get your prescriptions.

The pharmacy is Grossly understaffed! You cannot ever speak to anyone on the phone, last time I tried, I was put on hold 5 times before being “disconnected”.
Today, there are over 10 people in line waiting to get their scripts filled.
I feel bad for the older folks that must wait, if you can avoid this location, do!

they haven’t renovated this place since the 90’s i just walked in there and it felt like the back rooms straight up. went in to get a pregnancy test and got myself a redbull as well, cashier looked up at me and straight up said “you know they say redbull gives you wings, what about blue ball?” i don’t think i’ve ever been more uncomfortable lmao

Pharmacist working on Thursday May 21 7:00 pm. Patiently listened to my medication concerns. He was able to expertly navigate insurance concerns. I was able to receive my physician prescribed medications required for my surgery

I’ve moved and needed to pick a new pharmacy. Checked here for their reviews because I think these pharmacy guys are great. Surprised to see so much hate in the reviews!! I’ve had nothing but excellent service from everyone in this store!!!!

only send your prescriptions here if you don't mind waiting AT LEAST 2 - 3 days for your prescription to be filled. I will be switching to a different pharmacy for sure!

Customer service here is inexcusable. It’s not uniform or consistent, and you never know who is helpful or not anymore. I used to use this location weekly 3-4 times and yesterday I was treated like a crook. I’ve confirmed I was lied to so that the person didn’t have to do their job. As a patron I will no longer recommend this location. Night shift has been reported to corporate for the lack of effort and blatant dishonesty. Given the nature of Walgreens’ purpose, management should take heed and make sure people are treated right.
