Horrible location. Rude staff. My wife went in an hour and a half before the pharmacy closed. She is in the middle of a medical emergency and needs medication. At the same time because she is sick she needed to use the bathroom or she would’ve went on her self. The POS running the Walgreens let her know that they closed their bathrooms at 6 o’clock and they would not be opened again. In the middle of a medical emergency!

The worst pharmacy in town for sure. Wanted to continue to use them since I can easily walk there, but I would drive 30 minutes away to get anything if it meant I got an ounce of better service. Walgreens pharmacy call center is also the WORST experience I’ve ever had with a call center.

If I could have left 0 stars I would have. Absolutely the worst service I have ever seen. I will be reaching out to Walgreens Corp to voice more specific issues.

Customer service here is inexcusable. It’s not uniform or consistent, and you never know who is helpful or not anymore. I used to use this location weekly 3-4 times and yesterday I was treated like a crook. I’ve confirmed I was lied to so that the person didn’t have to do their job. As a patron I will no longer recommend this location. Night shift has been reported to corporate for the lack of effort and blatant dishonesty. Given the nature of Walgreens’ purpose, management should take heed and make sure people are treated right.

Pharmacy is pretty bad here. People in prescription distribution are rude af despite being polite and expressing gratitude for their help as well as front desk staff being extremely slow where it took close to 10 minutes to spell my name correctly. Other Walgreens are fine but this one left a really bad taste in my mouth. Wouldn’t come here

Don’t even try this place! They initially made a “big oops “ with my prescription meaning I had to have the doctor resubmit the prescription. While trying to get this handled I received horrible customer service, Alden was repeatedly rude and condescending to the extent I have had all prescriptions moved elsewhere. The hygiene of some employees is also questionable. Filthy fingernails and hands.

Rating this location 5 starts because of the pharmacist assistant, Trevor!I’ve had some poor service at this location before but Trevor has been super great to work with recently and doesn’t seem upset with me when I have extra questions about my script. Thanks Trevor!

Whoever was at the pharmacy was so helpful today. She helped me figure out a non prescription item with my insurance. She was so polite. So, was the cashier at the front register.

Used the Express Pickup for my daughter's prescriptions. App says skip the line and go directly to the dedicated express line check in. I arrived. Before I could ask anything the girl in the pharmacy, hair up in a bun, rudely snapped at me and said "Line" and pointed to the line. No sorry we're short staffed today or Can you wait in line and I'll be with you shortly? Nothing, notta, zilch when it comes to customer service and politeness. She is abrupt sounding/rude with customers. What's the point of that service if I'm only going to be told to wait in line like I was doing something wrong? Fix your service.

Cindy helped us tremendously yesterday. My son just had surgery a frenectomy, and we needed coconut oil for inside his mouth. Well I was so sleep deprived and felt so lost but I asked Cindy for help and she didn't know where it was at first, but she didn't give up and found the last bottle on the bottom shelf. I made sure to look for her name tag and I am giving her this huge shout out cuz she really helped us. Lot! Thanks Cindy!

Horrible experience today with Chris in pharmacy. Disputes with customers and beyond rude. Management never reached out when requested. Horrible customer service begins with Horrible Management. Will be transferring prescriptions to a company that has better customer service. Replace the Management here. Will be reaching out to corporate.

It's 7:45 PM, there's one cashier, having major issues checking out the customer ahead of me. Dinner is in the car and time isn't on my side. I only have a few things. Olivia, the supervisor, casually strolled by the line of customers, not concerned that we were all waiting. She and an associate prioritized locking one of the doors, together. So after several minutes of waiting in line, when I decided I had to leave all my things and come back a different time, I found myself at the door they had just locked, and they asked me to go around the store to the other side because they didn't want to unlock it again for me. I said, "I just had to leave all my things because this is taking so long" and she just stared at me. Anyway , it feels terrible to be a customer waiting and see employees choose not to serve you. It's even worse when they lock the door in front of you and ask you to go around. No thanks tonight Walgreens. Pay attention
