I've always had a good experience getting prescriptions filled here. Almost never a wait and the few times I've had issues the pharmacists have gone out of their way to help. Seems weird they have such a low rating. I suspect they're taking the brunt of people's lack of understanding of our abysmal health care system.

Shift Lead Angela checked me out and seemed frazzled (she had been shouting at another employee about expired milk) so I tried to offer some kind words and asked how her day was going. She responded by asking if I would like to sign up for their credit card. I think Angela is better suited for tasks away from customers

I was treated so poorly when I went to pick up my prescription. First thing I did was call to be sure it was ready and they said 30 minutes. I showed up about an hour and a half later and the girl was so rude. I believe Her name was Samantha. She wouldn't give me my prescription because it was a day early. I understand that's policy but there's a way to do it without being rude. I asked her what time they opened the following day so I could pick it up and she said don't expect it to be ready in the morning. Very very rude. Nobody needs that.

Manager did not have my pictures. He accused me that someone in my family picked them up. He said “we don’t have them”. So my pictures were accidentally sold to someone else? Store isn’t stocked well, employees need an attitude adjustment, prescriptions are slow, and the manager has that place unorganized. After being a customer here for a year.

The manager a woman named Sam was rude and unproffessional. Immediately condescending, her managing the pharmacy shows poorly on Walgreens hiring policies. Was told to wait to pickup which is not ideal but okay. Wait for 30 minutes and then get lambasted by Sam because the scripts were were written in another town. I will be leaving this pharmacy. No wonder Walgreens are closing down.

This is the most awful pharmacy I have ever been to. I constantly have to call them to fill my script. I somehow always need to wait exactly a day to refill my script. Even if my doctor increases a med I still have trouble getting it filled. I hate this pharmacy so much

Most of the time when I fill my prescriptions here I have to call them and tell them to fill the scripts my doctor sent over. You'd think they'd know to fill them. No one should have to wait 15 on the phone, waiting for them to answer, just to tell them to do what they're supposed to do. It's very frustrating.

ALWAYS A PROBLEM WITH THIS STORE! I hate it so much. I just want to be able to get my prescription without being told some go around that I need to wait, or it wasn’t received. NO! My doctor called it in. Do your jobs!

Photo printing experience was awful. We were rushed out while in the middle of trying to print photos 10 minutes before they closed, and the two men working were so unkind and in a huge rush to leave. I can understand wanting to get out on time, but the photos were needed last minute for a memorial, and reminding the customer every minute how much time they have left before you close is not appropriate and made for a really unpleasant experience.

Thye finally fonished the renewal of the place. Employees are better now, like way better. And it is cleaner. We used to feel unsafe here in dark hours. Now is a nice place.

I've been twice now to the pharmacy and the customer service has been horrible. The first time, there were at least 3 people behind the counter. No one acknowledged my presence. It took several minutes to be "waited on". Today, Karen, did not say a word to me. Simply took my prescription and indicated they may not have it. I don't expect a lot, but simply acknowledging a customer's presence would be a good first step.

Scheduled kid COVID booster shots and we've been waiting patiently with kids for over half an hour. As a parent, you'd think Walgreens would have understood, kids have attention spans of a fruit fly. The pharmacy has had few customers so I don't understand the hold up.
