Scheduled kid COVID booster shots and we've been waiting patiently with kids for over half an hour. As a parent, you'd think Walgreens would have understood, kids have attention spans of a fruit fly. The pharmacy has had few customers so I don't understand the hold up.

extremely rude, i’m a tech at another pharmacy and i called for a transfer. pharmacist was pompous and talked down to me when he found out i was a tech. pharmacists haven’t had to initiate transfers in 5+ years so i’m not sure why he’s willing to die on that hill. seemed VERY misogynistic.

A short wait (less than 5 minutes) to check in and about a 10-15 minute to get my COVID and flu shots. The personnel were efficient but nothing to write home about.

Ive needed my prescriptions for 2 days now, and they are temporarily closed. I can't even get through to get them transferred to another store. Something needs to be done because this is ridiculous.

Horrible pharmacy in general -- not just this location but all of Walgreens. They are less and less of a pharmacy and more of a storefront for Express Scripts. They've outsourced so much of their prescription processing to central locations and cut back on staffing so much that service is no longer existent.Worthless "pharmacy" -- horrible customer service, horrible communication, treats their staff badly

I've been twice now to the pharmacy and the customer service has been horrible. The first time, there were at least 3 people behind the counter. No one acknowledged my presence. It took several minutes to be "waited on". Today, Karen, did not say a word to me. Simply took my prescription and indicated they may not have it. I don't expect a lot, but simply acknowledging a customer's presence would be a good first step.

Absolutely the most lazy pharmacist. Do not do any business here. They just opened a lab. They fell for Elizabeth Holmes... need I say more? Walgreens is up next for filing for bankruptcy. Let's all watch.

KAREN is the RUDEST pharmacist I have EVER met! So much so that they just lost a long time customer! And when I asked her managers name she REFUSED to give it to me! She honestly should not be a pharmacist and we will NEVER go back to them. In fact I wish her managers would read all these reviews because more than half mention her name specifically.

I was picking up a prescription here this morning and the lady pharmacist, I'm guessing her name is Karen based on these reviews, was extremely rude and impatient towards me. It was early in the morning and they weren’t even busy, I honestly just think she should have no business being in any field that has to do with any kind of customer service.

Ridiculous that the store closes doors way before official close at 10 pm. Stopped by at 9:45 and doors are locked and staff won't let me in so I couldn't buy last minute stuff. Oh well, take my business elsewhere...hello King Soopers and Walmart.

Pharmacy staff needs further education and customer service training.Pharmacy staff blamed incorrect prescription on physician, when in actuality, they made the error, electronic orders were verified. They didn't want to be bothered with correcting, note taken.It's wasn't the first time but will absolutely be my last.

My dad called to get his prescription transferred since his usual Walgreens is temporarily closed and the woman he spoke with, KAREN of all people, decided to be extremely unprofessional and argued with him. My dad can't be upset or have high blood pressure because he's in the post-healing time from his stroke. So, the fact she decided to argue with him and tell him he was wrong for over 15 minutes shows her lack of maturity or compassion when dealing with customers. He even mentioned that he called corporate prior to this location, and both automated and not all said his usual was temporarily closed, he checked online and said the same thing.I hope this woman gets a new job or something because it seems from my dad's experience and others here, she has been this way her entire time at this location.Karen's, man ??♀️

1 hour to get a flu shot. Employees were nice but they all looked extremely unhappy and overworked. 1 hour to get a flu shot. I figured that they were waiting for someone to show up and it turns out the guy was in back the whole time. I think they were waiting for another vaccine customer so they could do them together. Pure lack of customer focus. I know they are trying but put this one on the manager of this terrible place. Last time I will every come here.
