A fair and quick experience at this pharmacy. No issues and my prescriptions were filled and ready for pickup. I chose to give this Walgreens only four stars because I have had many issues at their pharmacy in the past. I am grateful for this latest visit.

I'm not typically one to leave a bad review, but my experience at this Walgreens Pharmacy was just so incredibly bad. There are several extremely nice employees but the pharmacist named Grant needs therapy or perhaps anger management counseling. We've moved our prescriptions to Good Day here in town and couldn't be happier.

Don’t use this pharmacy. They fill my wife’s prescriptions late on a routine basis and never let us know. Then we call and the phone system never can understand what we’re saying. Then we sat on hold for 40 minutes until we were hung up on. Use literally any other pharmacy, just not this one.

Everyone at this store, pharmacy and all, severely needs PHONE ETIQUETTE TRAINING. Everyone at this locations acts very rude and will cut you off before transferring you. Also pharmacy treats you like you’re stupid, and especially a woman named Bernadette at the front.

I went in today to simply deposit money into my Chime account. I’ve done this at this location many times to pay my bills. I was greeted by a not-pleasant Bernadette. She very rudely told me that it was “against ‘the spirit of the policy’ to apply more than $500 onto my account that day”- Keep in mind I am allowed to deposit up to $1000 in two $500 transactions daily at Walgreens (with no fee) - again- I have done this before- like literally EVERY month. She seemed to be training someone new and had this air of arrogance about her, like I didn’t know what I was talking about/was being rude for asking her to TRY to do the second transaction (with no one in line behind me)
I could not shake the feeling that it was more important to her to be correct than to actually try to help me. Wouldn’t even TRY to do another transaction. Even IF I was wrong my and they truly cannot do more than $500 in a day, her attitude towards me was just rude and it made it a 0/10 experience.

They deal with a lot of Bs on the pharmacy side and i wanna say sorry if I was ever rude. I super appreciate them and they always make things fast as they can. Thank you 🙏

My family and I will find a new pharmacy.
Extremely rude and disrespectful pharmaceutical employees.
Instead of telling patients or customers that you will prioritize their needs, you tell them on the phone that you don't have time. Then, less than 10 minutes later, the order is ready. But it took 7 days and multiple phone calls from insurance, patient, and Dr. offices to get to this point. This is completely unacceptable, especially since I've been a customer for 30+ years at this location.

I will never send FedEx packages here again, ever. Not for any other reason than the guy behind the counter lied about not finding it and then admitted he just didn't feel like picking it up because it looked heavy. He also damn near yanked my debit card out of my hand when I wanted to insert it in the machine rather than tap it. The lady who came to his aid was very helpful, though. Pharmacy still overworked but very nice.

This specific Walgreens pharmacy is one of the most poorly-run establishments I’ve ever encountered. Unfortunately I’m forced to fill my prescriptions here through my insurance.
They always seem to be short staffed and overworked. I’ve experienced delayed prescriptions, I’ve received the wrong pills with the correct label, incredibly inconvenient wait times, and just general incompetence.

I usually have a rather positive experience here, although they are extremely busy and appear extremely understaffed. Today I had the absolute rudest individual assist me on the phone. If he doesn’t like his job, he should find a new one as he’s doing nothing for the company, nor, is he effectively assisting customers navigate through their healthcare needs. Shame on management allowing staff to be rude to customers. I hope my call was recorded for corrective action measures.

Consistently the worst pharmacy service in Fort Collins. Left on hold for 7 minutes and I could hear them hanging up on me. Called the other one on Drake & College and they picked up in one minute. Get it together.
The front staff is usually fine, no shade to them.

There is a reason this pharmacy has such low rating LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS!!! If you depend on your medication regularly DO NOT fill it here. So many delays and constant “insurance issues” and they will cancel your prescription if you don’t pick it up within a few days even though you’re never sure about when they’ll be ready and the estimated time is wrong. You will constantly get ignored and expect to wait on the phone for 10+ minutes. There is no way of getting partial amounts until your prescription is ready and there is lack of sympathy. The ONLY nice person I’ve encountered at this pharmacy is the girl with glasses and short hair. She deserves a raise. Everyone else will act annoyed. Been using this pharmacy because it’s convenient for about a year and I’ve had enough health issues because of not having my medication. Also expect a lot of annoying phone calls from machines telling you useless information.

The pharmacy helped me out last minute as they were about to close. Grateful and appreciative of the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE ?
