Nikki and her manager were both very kind, helpful, and accommodating towards me during my visit! Nikki immediately greeted me in a cheery manner at the front register and asked if I needed help, then proceeded to guide me to the section I needed to find since I’d not been to her Walgreens location before. She provided a very engaging and energetic presence that felt genuine and positive!<3

Unfortunately, they closed early so they get an automatic 1 star (0 if I could). Went to get a passport photo, they said the machine was already closed even though it was before 7:00. Nowhere does it say passport photos close at 7:00, the business hours for the photo department are until 10:00. Given the number of 1 star reviews for this location, I would seriously invest in employee training, hiring and pay if I were the owner.

Pharmacy does fill orders. This time it is 7 days and still waiting for them to process it after I went in person to ensure that they are processing the refill. A number they made errors with
Insurance. Time to switch.

These employees don’t care about there Jobs, my wife went to Walgreens to get passport photos of our baby, the men there told her that they couldn’t take those because of how difficult they are, and they both just kept saying “I’m not sure how to do that” and they both just kept saying it’s complicated so they called the other Walgreens and told my wife that the other Walgreens is way better and she should go there because they can take the pictures with a kid bed and we’re not being helpful, they then told my wife to go to the other store, no apology for the inconvenience no explanation other than they didn’t want to do it. My wife went to the other store where they took 30 seconds to take the photo and they used a doggy bed to lay our daughter down in. Terribly ran, clearly portly managed with Zero professionalism. Would not recommend. Go to the one off of drake and college. Much better.

Pharmacy tech loudly announces my name and the names of my 2 medications multiple times in front of the entire line of customers behind me. Talk about a blatant disregard for privacy, not to mention a HIPAA violation.
And just to make the experience worse, both Pharmacy techs were abrupt and unfriendly. Even a simple and polite inquiry caused negative body language along with short snappy and impatient responses.
This pharmacy lacks professionalism and courtesy. I switched to a different one and will always remember to stay away from this one.

Asked a question about make up and was met with a racist comment about Chinese people absolutely disgusting the manger just said ok…. She didn’t seem to care Cheryl is the managers name

The most unprofessional untrained incompetent, careless,condescending people I ever met in my life. This pharmacy is a joke, if your life depends on certain medication please do not go there.

The customer service here is disgusting. EVERY time I've come to this pharmacy you can hear them talking trash about customers as if they're in a closed door room. They speak to customers as if it's inconvenient for them, even though it's their job. I typically come in the day after my Dr calls in a script so I don't have to wait...I still end up waiting...every time.

Extremely disappointed. Appointment for 2:20 - had to go to the counter 5 times to make sure they remembered that they had to do a vaccine. It’s currently 3:10 and they still aren’t ready.I’m so unbelievably disappointed. Check Walgreens stock price for how others feel.

I can not be more disappointed in this Walgreens pharmacy and Jeanette B the head pharmacist! I’ve had multiple bad experiences but this last time has been the worst. When they did a partial fill for me it was a 23 day supply. They put it in their system as a 28 day supply. Now that I need a refill and I sent it to a different pharmacy I can not get my script because of their mistake and they are claiming they can’t fix it. I absolutely can NOT go without my medication and it had been a full 24 hours off my medication because of them..and their inability to work with my dr. It finally got it sent to the escalation team against them. My Dr spend AN HOUR on hold while they scrambled, shut their pharmacy down early, and it took 8 hrs to fix. This was grossly unacceptable and has treated me with nothing but disrespect. I HIGHLY recommend no one ever goes here for their prescriptions!!

Staff is kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Quick prescription fill and pick up. Better than CVS or Wal-Mart. Good deals on household products.
