Absolutely AWFUL. i was treated HORRIBLY over the phone and the girl on the other end of the line hung up on me. i need my lamotrigine prescription or else i will have to restart over again and it could have severely negative effects on my health. i called this store earlier this morning and they said it could be filled by tonight kindly and were very sweet and fast with me. this woman on the other end of the line just now was so snippy with me after i had waited on hold for 25 MINUTES and basically told me IT WAS IN DENVER WHICH IT LITERALLY WASNT. she told me it would take 2-5 DAYS to fill. when i called earlier today they made sure it was pulled and ready to be filled, and even double checked considering i needed it tonight. you guys suck SO MUCH i will never use your services again and that woman on the other line should be fired. she hung up on me after i sighed frustratedly because i said i literally needed it by tonight and literally was like “well you’re welcome yup mhm bye.” in the most sarcastic and mean tone ever and hung up on me. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? literally the worst service i’ve EVER had anywhere in my entire life. girl on the other end of the line should absolutely not have a job in any sort of customer service or care. this made me sob so hard after she hung up on me and panic because i need it tonight. morning crew today for this walgreens was amazing and answered quick, but oh my god the girl tonight was so mean. please fire that rude, arrogant, and uptight worker. i don’t even think she genuinely tried to look for my prescription. literally told me it “was in denver” and “that’s just what corporate does” in a sarcastic tone within less than 3 seconds after i told her what i needed and my name, also never ever verified my birthday so that’s great. watch someone take someone else’s meds due to the carelessness and the lack of verification. the lack of care and purely awful service was insane. most enraging experience i’ve ever had anywhere. AND the walgreens in loveland said they’d have it ready for me in an HOUR, so *clearly* it wasn’t in denver☺️
happened roughly about 5:20 pm on 1/31/25. if you care about your business at all, fire that girl and also train your employees better. absolutely unacceptable service and behavior from the girl on the other end of the line. yall clearly need to fix your service and rethink the people you hire.

One day they will give prescription narcotics to me and say " you look like who you say you are" they're my mother's so no I don't and never pretended to be, but that means they will give away scripts with no verification. Some days they will want address, date of birth and phone #, that's perfectly understandable, but be consistent and less lax with narcotics. Repulsive

The pharmacy is very busy at this location, but they are fast and efficient and have been pleasant, helpful, and accurate every time we've been there

Honestly, there’s one employee in particular that works here that drives me nuts. He’s one of the most pessimistic humans I’ve ever met. Don’t even try asking how his day is going, he’ll give you a horrible response making you regret asking him anything. I’m sorry you had to scan my three items dude. There’s no way your job is that terrible that you have to take it out on me, a regular person trying to buy things. Have the day you deserve.

Normally a fine enough place but had a bad experience with a pharmacist recently. Went to pick up my medications and was told I was at the wrong location and that this wasn't 2268 E Harmony and that maps and my app were wrong so they didnt have them. Lo and behold, I look into it and they were just wrong, my medications were there and I was at the correct location.
The pharacist just didnt care to actually check or make sure they had my info right, just told me I was at the wrong place until I came back. Then no apology or anything, just "heres your meds" nothing about how they got it wrong. Like guys, these medications are important to me continuing living, the least you could do when you mistaken turn me away and make me have to panic about medications is say sorry.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Not by choice I had to have a prescription transferred to them because my regular location was out of stock. I get there and wait on line for 20 minutes only to be told it was transferred to another location. Saw 2 people in front of me experience other issues and saw them leave without their script. I overheard the tech saying they're understaffed and behind. This is the same line they were saying years ago. I wish I could give 0 stars to this embarrassment of a pharmacy

Made an appt to get vaccines yesterday. Online form to checkin was nonfunctional. Today I struggled to use the qr code checkin onsite (make sure you have a smart phone folks). After waiting 30 minutes I was asked to refill out the electronic checkin form again and was told that electronic submission was for staff convenience (obviously not customer). In the meantime a customer who arrived after me for vaccines has been served and has left to continue with their day. 50 minutes after the appt. I finally got my vaccines. Sigh.

April, Location Manager in Pharmacy was exceptional. I called in a short notice situation for meds and she responded immediately. i needed to help an out of town family member with medications, and she found the least expensive and was delightful to work with!

I've deposited my money on my CashApp for years at Family Dollar, Dollar General, Circle K, and 7-11 throughout the country and never have I been asked for ID. Today was the first time ever going to deposit at Walgreens and I was confused when they asked for my ID but let them scan it. They then told me that their super secure system wouldn't let me deposit my money, for my safety.
FOR MY SAFETY
I need to announce that I have $500 cash in hand, that you won't take, then walk back out in the lot with everyone knowing that I have $500 cash in a convenient stack. FOR MY SAFETY.
Now I try at the Circle K across the parking lot, never having had a problem at a Circle K, including having added money at this one, but now they tell their system says a previous retailer flagged me as fraud. FOR MY SAFETY.
I hope whomever decided this was a good idea at your corporate office gets mugged in a parking lot. Have the day you deserve.
