(( Aggressive behavior)) Approximately 3:00 PM was at the nearest Walgreens of East Harmony for Collins, Colorado. Only store near me open on Christmas Day. The cashier was a bigger head, heavyset man who was very unprofessional, disrespectful, and not very appropriate, handling the merchandise by dropping them and slamming them on the countertop of the station of wild, checking me out. This is the reason why everything’s becoming self scanning because of people like this if they do not enjoy their job, they do not need to be working with customers at any given moment, if they are being hostile and very threatening and aggressive behavior. Which is not appropriate for any reason. I would give a complete big fat zero if I could.!!!!!

This pharmacy is the absolute worst. The staff is extremely rude and wait times are very long.

The staff is friendly professional and courteous and the store seems to run well. The only problems I have seen here have to do with understaffing issues. Considering how rude I have seen some of the customers be to the staff, however, I'm not surprised.keep up the good work! Thanks Readers

Almost every interaction I’ve had with them is a negative one. They must be chronically understaffed, because it’s impossible to reach them by phone, they randomly shut down the drive thru, and more than once they failed to communicate with another pharmacy after assuring me they would, causing huge delays and confusion in getting my prescription. I’ve given them several years and they’ve only gotten worse. Literally any pharmacy would be a step up at this point.

Waited in line 10 minutes to pick up prescription and was told it was not called in but they would check voicemail. After 15 minutes, stood in line again. The prescription was called in 6.5 hours before I got there and they never checked voice mail. Poor service. Front desk person was flippant about it.

Want amazing customer service (just like it used to be)?! I visited this Walgreens today and the gal working behind the makeup counter was extremely helpful, kind, and told me about a deal that Walgreens was offering. I wish she could train everyone at all Walgreens! I wish I would have gotten her name. Thank for being so helpful!

I spoke with a pharmacist named Lisa today regarding a prescription I’m having trouble finding in stock. Lisa took the time to educate me on the supply process and even called around to other pharmacies to see if they had any. I feel like this is above and beyond customer service and I really appreciate it.

This is literally the worst pharmacy to go to. There can be three people in line and you will wait for at least 30 minutes.

Hard dead spot. Walgreens in 2023 is incapable of wifi, despite making a killing during COVID. Don't give this corp any money. They're literally what's wrong in the retail space.

I am so over this Walgreens. They never have prescriptions ready, not even within the time frame they give you to come back, assuring it will be ready. Today more than 24 hours after my prescription was called in and following a text 24 hours ago saying it would be ready after 10 AM this morning, it was not ready at 11:30. I was told to wait for a text that it's done because they are short staffed (they've have staffing issues for months it seems) and then come back. The suggestion was to go to another Walgreens because they would have it. Sure, so I could stand in line there, explain the situation and then wait spme more while they process my prescription. It may be easier to order an OTC product from Target, do a drive up order and hope it's as effective at the prescription. It's a good thing it wasn't a prescription for an antibiotic or something similar that should have been taken ASAP.During the winter, when a script wasn't ready, we were instructed to come inside and wait. I could barely walk on one of my knees and she was firm in wanting me to wait inside and was not happy when I firmly refused to park and hobble to the back of the store and stand in line.I will be looking for another pharmacy even though this is the closest one to where we live.

Pharmacy isn't good. They consistently lose the prescriptions sent to them and take forever to fill them if they do eventually "find" them.

Prior to my recent experience, I had been a Walgreens customer for more than 20 years. On Friday, 4/28, I was referred to the harmony and timberline location by a local CDC travel vaccine specialist who advised me that this location administers Yellow Fever vaccines. The pharmacist who I spoke with over the phone at this location at that time confirmed that they do administer this vaccine, and recommended scheduling an appointment. I was transferred to another representative who booked an appointment for my and my wife.Today, my wife and I drove an hour to this location for our appointment, however when we arrived, the pharmacists on duty informed us, unapologetically, that this location does not have certification to administer the vaccine for which the appointment was booked. They speculated about other locations which might have this ability, but did nothing to explain the error or acknowledge the inconvenience which it caused us.Our time is very valuable to us, and my wife and I have now spent a full day of our time scheduling and commuting to an appointment which brought us no closer to the vaccinations required for an upcoming trip. The entire experience left us dismayed at the quality of customer service which Walgreens finds acceptable, and called into question the competency of the supposed medical professionals who I formerly trusted for important assistance.Based on this experience, I will never be visiting this or any other Walgreens again and will recommend that any friends or family members seek medical and prescription assistance elsewhere.

The new Walgreens central location is USELESS and so not helpful and there is no way to bypass that central number to get to the pharmacy. AND the location on Harmony in Fort Collins is having trouble getting prescriptions in in a timely manner - they have to come from the central location where they say they are in stock, yet they still don't get sent. I am pretty much OVER Walgreens and I have been a very loyal customer since leaving CVS years ago. Maybe I have to go back there? I don't know what to do, but it's very frustrating!

This pharmacy is always a $hit show. I regret it every time I make the mistake of coming here. If you enjoy standing in line for 30 minutes, this pharmacy is for you.

This is a terrible Walgreens Pharmacy. I called in a prescription in the morning on 2/6/23 checked on its status every other day and it is now 2/11/23, and still my prescription is not filled. I took my last pill yesterday and it is a daily medication. WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS PHARMACY? IS THE PHARMACY PORTION CLOSED? DO THEY ACTUALLY HAVE PEOPLE WORKING, OR JUST A PHONE?
