I love this Wal-Mart. It's clean, has what I need, and I'm not bothered by sales people asking if I need help every 20 seconds. Although, I must say, my overall favorite thing about this Wal-Mart is my favorite employee, fellow Detroit Jerry. If this man is having a bad day, you could never tell. He's always very polite, helpful and kind. He takes time out of his day to help anybody, with a positive attitude, and never makes customers feel that he's annoyed or doesn't have the time for them. He makes the time for them. And Wal-Mart needs more employees like him. I'm The Wal-Mart corporation is truly blessed to have the privilege of having this man on the their team. Thank you Jerry for all you do for so many!!!!

Walmart, a multimillion dollar company, just can't help itself with inflation on the rise by upping their prices! I have recently found prices cheaper in other stores. For instance, I found a long handled sprinkler cheaper at Home Depot and cucumbers have been less expensive than Walmart for quite a while. The one that really set me off was their price increase of 30 cents on avocados this week. Really? I was buying them on a regular basis, but not anymore! Walmart is not the bargain store it once was.

Timnath location wouldn't let us buy 8 items at 11:01. They shut the registers down at 11:00. No compassion. Management yelled at us. We just got in town and needed food. Went home with nothing. So unnecessarily hostile to me--a mom, and her kids. It makes no sense. They knew we were there. We said we'd be fast, but they seemed to enjoy making sure we left with nothing.

You folks, lost a purchase... i dont understand.... why is it, that you feel it is a security issue, to take a $20 item to customer service (locked item) but let us put 4 other $20 items in the cart? So... after finishing shopping, we forgot to go the "extra mile" and remember the said item. Well... I'm too old for todays bs i guess, so it is left behind. We would have bought it but... well, you know.It's a sad day we live in. Im not making a trip back for a $20 item. It just doesn't make sense.

Deli wouldn't sell me three chicken tenders. That's correct, they refused to sell me three chicken tenders. "We have to sell them in combinations of two." Enjoy not having the business, I guess.

What a bunch CRAP they jave landscapers during business hours. The guys riding a lawnmower and it throws all the grass and crap all over us hits our vehicle with rocks and a rock hit my husband in the face. Didn't even stop NOTHING.

Employee thought I was being racist? My boyfriend and I were recently here getting groceries. We were walking down one of the aisles and I noticed that some of the items weren't where they usually were. I pointed behind/beside us saying "they used to be on that side. (Over there)" An employee walked up behind us asking "what did you say to me?" A little surprised, as I didn't see him there before, I told him I was talking about the location of some of the items. Long story short, he thought I said "You stay on that side." About 5 minutes after this incident and me apologizing for the misunderstanding, he FOUND us in ANOTHER aisle and went on about how he "knows what I said" and almost fought my boyfriend over it? That's probably my most memorable experience at Walmart by far!

The Employees at this store are very rude and most of them do not seem like they want to be here. I feel really uncomfortable at this location. You ask for assistance and they don't feel like they want to help. Sam Walton would be very disappointed in this store. Associates need better training and better customer service .

I've had nothing but good experiences at this Walmart location. It's centrally located in north Fort Collins with a nice large separate area on the side of the building for pick up orders. The inside is well organized and staff are attentive.

I've been shopping Walmart for many years but it was my go to in St. Louis during the pandemic for grocery pick up I would've given them a 10 star rating. I picked up once here it was fine. But after spending thousands of dollars during the pandemic buying treadmills exercise equipment and groceries I buy $40 in ink cartridges on 24 October I print eight labels in seven days the black cartridge is empty I've never use the color they're 3/4 empty I put them in the box last night to take them back to ask him what is going on 20 minutes later it's I'm sorry thanks gone your problem $40 down the drain never well I set foot in that store again there's nothing wrong with my printer it's a smart printer they didn't even consider anything besides a fact I was trying to cheat them out of their money $40.08 labels and sorry should've brought it in before the ink was all gone I screenshot it before I came and there was ink in the colored printers cartridges how would even got used I have no idea because I didn't print anything color but that's what they left me with $40 down the drain no help no nothing just I'm sorry too bad maybe other people cheat people I didn't never again and everything that I've bought there for moving in the last month I will be returning and I'll take my business someplace else I will never set foot in that store again

I don't understand why when we go to Walmart we do all the shopping , then check yourself out ,bag your stuff up and put it back in your basket after you empty it!!! Sounds to me like we're putting people out of a job and making Walmart more money!!! It is this way at every Walmart I have been to recently and will try my best only shop there when I am absolutely desperate and have no other alternative!

This is walmart. What does one expect? I dont shop here often because ..... Walmart...... The only thing I really get here is my dogs cosequin. I did need to come here recently because my fit bit band broke and wanted to get one quickly verses waiting for amazon to deliver. Lots of people. No one really social distancing. Why doesn't walmart have to have a head count on how many are in their business?? like small businesses??? except the small businesses have to close down or can't have anyone in. Yet walmart can have people clustered all over the place. Lots of people who were coughing while i was in :( Ugh. The employee who helped me back in electronics was actually very friendly and helpful which is not the norm at walmart. Normally its hard to get anyone to assist you here. So kudos to her! that is reason for the 3 stars and not a 1 because she was helpful. Personally i would avoid walmart if you are worried about covid. Seems like walmart gets a pass on all the rules that all the other businesses are subject to.

Horrible customer service by the woman working at the returns/exchange department on November 25,2020 at around 4 pm. She was racist and had a horrible attitude. To begin with, as soon as it was our turn, she walked away and acted as if she was busy. I didn't payed much attention to her body language but it seemed she didn't wanted to help us and was just waiting for the other associate to help us. Five minutes later she decides she will help us. My aunt wanted to exchange a pair of slippers without a receipt. This were purchased no more than a week ago. When we got to the counter and told her that we had no receipt she seemed annoyed. With a horrible attitude she told us she would do the exchange this time but that we had to stop bringing items without a receipt. She then asked for her ID. Another associate past by and the lady proceeded to whisper something to her about us. As an advocate, I didn't like at all what was happening.. My aunt doesn't speak English so I translate what the lady has said. My aunt was confused and said she had never returned any item without a receipt. The associated had a horrible attitude so I asked her to elaborate as to why she had said my aunt kept returning items without a receipt. She said that it was because she had seen us before!!!! Here is were I notice she was just being racist! I'm traveling from California, so unless she works at a Walmart from Cali there is no way she has seen me before. I told her I didn't like her attitude and she just ignored me.!! Idk, she must think all Latino people are the same. She needs to work on becoming more aware of the diversity of this planet. Such an unhappy person. Walmart needs to work on educating their associates more.

Today I am looking for a TI84, tried to go on the website to see if it was in stock before I drove to the store. There's no feature that allows you to check like you can for other stores such as Office Depot, so I called to see. I called the electronics department twice, and then tried to call customer service. I was on hold for so long that the system hung up on me. My advice go somewhere else.
