My card was overcharged over 5 dollars more than the card readers claimed I would be charged. I am disputing the charges, but I would not recommend using this place. What they are doing is illegal. I am reporting to the BBB as well.

This is probably THE worst laundromat in Foco. They charge OVER 1.25 to use their washers and their vending machine OVER CHARGES you on detergent. I have told everyone I know not to go here, theres a better one off college that isn't robbing its patrons. I am investing in an at home portable washer as we speak. I will never come here again to be robbed. Ridiculous.

This place is awesome! Staff is super helpful and friendly. It' s clean and the washer's & dryers work really well. I did notice that it cost less than some laundy matts. They only take either debit cards or you can add money to a laundry card, which is what i do. Last load at 9pm and closes at 10pm. They also have wi-fi.

I will never come back to the laundry mat. Horrible experience ever, the attendant forgot to mention that there wifi is down. So the card reader on the machines doesn't work. So I loaded my laundry into one of the big machines and tried to use my card n it said network error, so I told the attendant that it's not working she told me about the wifi issue. And after so many attempts she said I was SOL. And I'm like ok so I lost fabric softener and beads, and still had to pay a lot more money on 3 small machines. Instead of her giving me a free wash for losing out on my fabric softener n beads. Unbelievable....

Friendly staff always whiling to help anyway they can. Every time I go in the place is always clean. I will not do my laundry anywhere else in fort Collins.

Thank you for introducing me to the laundry world. Having my own wash/fold business the past three years is the best accomplishment ever and I thank the owners for the guidance. They run a great establishment, very fair prices, clean machines, friendly service, comfy atmosphere and yes, last wash is at 9pm. Watch your wash settings, because you may not have enough time do dry if you go in past 8:30. Ask about their wash & fold service! I have sent customers their way when I am over booked with my own business and my customers ended up loving the Washouse!

Just be mindful of ALL their different price add-ons before you leave your clothes. I was told 1.75/lb and they failed to tell me that the blanket (a small, throw,thin, kids size blanket) would be 12 extra dollars even though it weighs way less than a pound🙃🙃🙄 found out later when I looked at the receipt on my bag. A little better communication would’ve been nice because I would’ve just taken out the blanket.
But it wasn’t crowded and they were fast so that’s nice.

Been coming here since I moved to FoCo 2 years ago, one of the few laundromats I've seen with tap to pay instead of quarters! Very convenient.
