Worst customer service I showed up 10 minutes after closing cause I didn’t get off till five went to the ATM but my card was having problems with the ATM and I needed to deposit money and they wouldn’t even let me in or ask me what was going on

I have conducted banking business with every Wells Fargo in Fort Collins, including this branch. I have always been treated with professionalism and respect. Whether it concerned my Certificate of Deposit, home mortgage, access to my safety deposit box or other general banking, I have always been completely satisfied.

Are you kidding me. I call 15 min before closing and this person puts me on hold for 15 min. What time of service is this. So UNPROFESSIONAL this is why you're going under.
