They are willing to help customers avoid wasting time. However, some long-time customers feel the bank has grown too much and does not seem to care, reporting experiences where they were completely dismissed and given no real help or explanation for simple issues. Great bank overall but more than that - great people at this branch specifically. They’ve helped me out in many ways and always with a smile while also remembering me. My wife and I are happy to have chosen to bank here!
