I was there the day before Thanksgiving and it was a pleasure to shop. There were plenty of very helpful staff. I asked Mark two different questions. He is the Knowledge Master at Whole Foods. Thank you for your assistance, Mark. Ordered a turkey online a week before and it was very easy pickup.

This was the nicest Whole Foods I've seen so far in Colorado (granted I've only been to a few). But it's a really nice store with great selection (more than I've seen at other locations in seafood meat and other areas) and super nice employees and very clean. Really cute enclosed patio area to eat in.

The Whole foods market is always an interesting place to go and grab some ingredients. They have specialty things that some stores don't. It's always a cool place to walk around and see what they have. This is also one of those shops where you can return Amazon packages too. Always helpful to know.

Great smaller location but so clean, organized. Great quality produce like always. They also have a great coffee bar area up in front to relax and read or study for you students.

Seafood counter and section is the best stocked and staffed. More often than not including today, on the salad bar side of the store, the prepped salad section (including regular and Mediterranean Tuna salads) was VERY empty and offers less choices than better run and managed Whole Foods.Update: I appreciate the immediate kind response from the owner.I am thankful in 2023 that we have the luxury of going to grocery stores and having immediate access to food from around the world. My commentary and feedback is contextual and always against this backdrop.

Felt pretty good about our visit until we got up to the front to pay. The employee at the self checkout was hovering way too close, spoke to us in a very condescending tone, and just in general made us feel very unwelcome and out of place. It could have just been a one off but for a place that charges so much for so little you’d expect the customer service to be a lot better.

This is the only Whole Foods Market in Fort Collins. The store is conveniently located in Midtown for easy accessible by multiple means of transportation. Very friendly and courteous staff as well as an Amazon drop off location for packages that need to be returned. My favorite section is the meat department with a large variety of cuts and products.

Great pick up service through Amazon. Staff are helpful, knowledgeable, and approachable and seem happy over all. Love the in store bar /dining option. People always there but never busy.

Dear Whole Foods. I completely understand that you wanted to post a generic non-response in order to show your commitment to customer service. But, really. What specific additional information do you want? I'm happy to provide. And... the link that you provided was a generic link. It had nothing to do with giving you additional information to help you improve your service. It was merely a demonstration that Whole Foods has shoddy service, terrible leadership and truly does not care about its customers. Nice try. I'm not buying any of it...

Perfect place to stop for a snack or lunch. Also, I’ve seen some significant improvements with this whole foods in the last 6 months! Really friendly associates, Thomas is always helpful in self check out or guest services. The lunch area is always clean and inviting for a place to break or have a productive lunch.

After moving here I struggled through Safeway and King Soopers missing my Wegmans so much. The Whole Foods was not good where I lived. But once I discovered their store here in Ft Collins it has become my go to store. Their seafood department is the best. Every fish I've bought is delicious and very fresh with a great selection. It is also very clean and always beautifully put together. I don't mind payIng a little more for the quality I get and I haven't noticed it is much higher priced than anywhere. And the friday $1 fresh oysters are amazing. I've gotten them a lot and they are always very fresh.... always delicious. Everyone working there is very helpful and knowledgable. Another great thing is the pork chops that have been brined for 24 hours. Go for the spicy ones. They are amazing and priced right. The weak area is the to go food. It is unappealing. I can't bring myself to try it. I say just take it out or make it better. I did try a soup once but couldn't eat it. All the store employees are always very helpful and very nice. I love shopping there. I do still miss Wegmans!
