WSI was hired by my district to move our library furniture and books. Not sure if the mgmt miscommunicated with the workers, but they kept telling us the scope of their work was much less than we expected and they only moved our bookcases and packed books & that they did not unload any books (we were supposed to). When the contract was pulled out & it was evident they were supposed to move bookcases, furniture, and unload the books, they did come back the very next day but without tools or moving equipment, so some things that needed to be corrected couldn't and they ended up borrowing our moving dolly, which was fine but it's just weird for a mover to ask you to borrow your moving equipment. The top shelves on an entire wall were hung higher than the rest of the library, which I discovered after they left & I had to take off all the books to fix that since books didn't have enough clearance. Also just discovered that the bottom panel on all of my short bookcases was not re-attached with its hardware as it was supposed to, so the panels can fall forward, which is both unsightly and reduces stability. To remedy this, I'll probably need to remove all the books from those shelves. The crew was nice and polite but the work done was initially incomplete & not always correct.

WSI provides professional, proficient, careful, and timely moving services. All steps of the process went smoothly and quickly for my recent move. WSI provided a reasonable quote for moving multiple pieces of heavy equipment and furniture and implemented the move with precision, an adequate number of strong and polite movers, and took extra precautions to prevent damage of sensitive equipment. Overall, they exceeded my expectations and I now highly recommend them to my friends.

Great service. Prompt and very accommodating with last minute adjustments to services needed to install furniture. Furniture is well made and has added a nice touch to our offices.

Worked for them out of state the owner lied from the start.. Used our perdium to cover gas to and from job site he never replaced the gas.. Lied to one of my workers about his check.. It was 7 days later then what they kept promising.. He put us in a open asbestos work site with no hazmat at a school.. With people working around a open site.. Great place and people to work for. They hire thieves who steal from your stuff.. One by the Name of Thomas.. We caught him red handed..

They're a good company to work for,alot of great people to be around from joe,misten,greg,etc.. they're awsome upstanding people,wish i was still there working for them? You guys keep up the good work,dont ever stop from giving everyone great bussiness,great prices.awosme smiles god bless.
