  I went in to pick up a ring that was supposed be repaired and it was not. Ro noticed right away the ring had not been fixed. Desirae was able to immediately find my protection plan the other person was not able to find and get my ring sent right back in for repair. Both of the people were incredibly helpful in a very frustrating situation! Very professional and efficient. Rockstars!

  Desiree is the most amazing, professional, informative and helpful employee that Zales could ever have!
  She has been there for quite a while, and obviously the nature of getting my rings examined on time and having to travel to do it is difficult. But, she is always so kind, so helpful and always knows what needs to be done. My rings are returned beautifully, she keeps in touch as well as the other staff. Staff. I honestly never expected to find a jeweler like this after I got married. I will never shop anywhere else!

  My pearl necklace was a push gift from my late fiancé and I didn’t know who I could trust with it. It was something so special to me and was heartbroken when it broke. I had it sitting in a drawer in a ziplock bag for a couple years and kept putting off getting it repaired. When I finally took the leap and took it to Zales I was not disappointed. I worked with Desirae and she was nothing but amazing. She reassured me that I was leaving it in good hands. When I went to pick up my necklace the amount of emotions I had from seeing it in one piece was overwhelming. I cried when I got to my car. The joy I had from finally getting a piece of him back. The experience was too tier. The customer service was amazing and I that Zales and their team for taking care of me and my most prized possession. Thank you Desirae for the service and the care you took in making my experience amazing. I would recommend anyone get their jewelry repaired or even just buy something from them. Ask for Desirae she is sure to make your experience wonderful. Thank you again for giving me back a piece of my fiancé.

  This review is relating to online orders. Don’t ever try ordering online, their website is horrible and a complete waste of time. So I took the help of online chat support and placed another order through the help of customer support person and it’s horrible too. Pickup up location will be too far away from the store you chose or the pickup is so many days off if you got the right store. Complete waste of time and a total disappointment.

  Beth is absolutely amazing! I will never go anywhere else for any high-end jewelry needs. She was the biggest help when I needed to replace my wedding set due to a severe allergic reaction. Not only was she able to get us into a better set than before, she made the trade-in process for the old set better than I could have ever imagined! I am very happy with the new set and every accommodation she made along the way. I have since brought in other pieces purchased from this location for repair and modification and she worked to get everything exactly as requested! Best customer service around!
