Here with my son getting his birthday present. Waited 20min for the staff to come help with a board. They were to busy talking to each other to help us. We wanted a different board but could not reach it and could not get help. Just gave up and got different board. I decided to change my review from one star to 2 just because the store had clothes my son likes. This place is pricey. I never get out of there without spending 100 or more. My son happiness means more to me than poor service and unfriendly staff. A boy only true 16 once.

As a single dad of a teenage daughter I struggle to keep up with the trends. I'm tired of just giving gift cards for Christmas. I went in and was given the best customer service I have ever experienced. The sales associate at the Fort Collins location , I believe her name was Sydney, took the time to listen to me, offer suggestions, and was very knowledgeable about the products. It was well worth the time to visit the store and money well spent. Great job Sydney, whatever they're paying you its not enough!

The staff refused to return my purchases even though I had a receipt. The most UNPROFESSIONAL and PATHETIC staff I have ever encountered! I have shopped at Zumiez my whole life and to be treated with such disrespect is appalling! They should be fired. I will NEVER shop at Zumiez again what a pathetic way to run a company. Worst customer service experience of my life and I have been in customer service and sales my whole life.Sincerely the most dissatisfied and disappointed customer ever

I went over to pick up a order that was supposed to be ready in one hour however when I got there I assume nobody was there because nobody was answering the call to which I find out by the security that the girl left early. Overall bad service if they are not gonna be open during the posted hours.

Customer Service at its best! Marcus went above and beyond to help us recently. We left a Zumiez purchase in another store, and drove home over 150 miles before we noticed our purchased didn't make the ride home with us. Marcus went to the other store, retrieved my purchase, and stored it for three weeks until we were back in town. What a rock star! Thanks, Marcus - you've got us as loyal customers who will only shop ZUMIEZ Ft. Collins because with this kind of leadership at your store, we know we're in great hands!!!!
