John changed out a set of smoked rear brake pads on our truck. He came to our campsite at the Oasis near Great Sand Dunes at 8pm Friday in a wind and rainstorm, dealt with the wrong parts delivered to him, then came back on a Saturday morning, again in the rain and wind, to finish a quality job that got us back on the road....
